Can laid back in the grass, after practice was over.

The sun was scorching hot and he was drenched in sweat, but he didn't care.

His legs were tired. He felt like he would fall to his knees if he walked any farther.

They had practiced longer today, due to the fact that a couple of the freshman were late. Can being one of them. He vowed to never be late again.

The heat had gotten to Can and he couldn't think straight. Only one word popped into his head as he lay there:

    Food.

Can slowly stood back up. It may have taken forever but he got there.

Everyone else had already gone to the locker room, so Can was alone. Even Good had left him.

He jogged slowly towards the locker room. After getting down the stairs, his shoulder lightly hit someone elses.

"Sorry." Can said stopping and apologizing to the boy. The boy looked at him carefully.

"That's all?" He asked. Can looked at him confused before nodding slowly, unsure if he said something wrong, or insulted the boy.

"Yes?" It was more of a question. Can shook his head and looked at the boy apologetically. "Sorry, again." He said before running off into the locker room.

Tin stayed standing outside the locker room after the boy had gone in. He didn't know how to feel.

He was bumped into and the guy only said sorry? Who was this guy? Did he not know who Tin was?

"Unbelievable." Tin mumbled under his breath before shaking his head and walking away.

Tin walked to the canteen where Pete, Tin's childhood best friend, was sitting with Ae, his boyfriend.

Tin didn't hate Ae he just, well, didn't trust him. That isn't the same thing. He's known Pete since they were so little. He wants the absolute best for him. Pete, on the other hand, has no idea what is good for him.

He trust, according to Tin, to blindly. He tries to see the good in everyone first. What if they were only after his money?

Tin hated people like that. That's why Tin had trust issues. That and his own family.

"Have you guys thought about participating in the Freshy Games?" Pete asked with a wide smile on his face.

Pete was innocent. He was nice. That's why it was easy to take advantage of him.

"I have to." Ae replied. "The football team is, and since I'm a player, I am as well." Ae said giving a short explanation.

Tin hadn't given much thought to the Freshy Games. Running around in the sun. Getting all sweaty and dirty. Interacting with others? That wasn't something Tin favored.

"No." Tin answered, giving a short one-word reply.

"I'm not either, but I'll surely be there to cheer for you, Ae." Pete said sweetly, smiling to Ae. They both blushed and looked away from one another. Tin scoffed and shook his head. Ae and Pete didn't hear them though. They were to caught up in their own world. Tin tried to be too when someone ran up to the table.
