Can laid down in the bed next to Tin who was already laying down. He was laying on his side so he was facing away from Can, and he was grateful for that. He didn't want his mouth to keep betraying his mind. It was already enough that he asked Tin to stay the night in his bed. He just needed to sleep. And that he did. It was easier than he thought it would be.
For Tin, though. Sleep didn't come that easy. Once he heard the soft and short breaths of Can's, signaling that he had fallen asleep, Tin turned on his other side and faced Can. Can was also laying on his side, facing Tin.
Tin didn't know why he agreed to stay the night. Part of him wanted to run away because he was scared and the other part of him wanted to stay the night with Can because he offered. Because he could. Because he wanted to. Tin was feeling things he had never felt with another person. When they were slow dancing. When they were having a real conversation in the kitchen, and Can being the greatest person Tin had ever met. When they were standing next to each other at the small window. Looking down at Can made Tin's heart beat fast. He wondered in that moment if Can felt the same type of things he did, but knew that he probably didn't.
"Can." Tin whispered his name ever so quietly. He wanted to make sure he was really asleep. When no answer came tin continued. "I've never met anyone like you before. I've never met someone who wasn't greedy for money. I've never met someone who wanted to pursue a dream just because they truly loved it. I'm also different with you. Pete says I am and I'm beginning to think that it's true. I've never let anyone stay the night with me. I've never spent the night with anyone other then Pete. I've never taken anyone to my favorite cafe. I've never slow danced with anyone. I've never took anyone to a party as my plus one. I've never done any of those things, but for some reason you make me want to do those things. I feel things when I'm with you that I've never felt towards anyone and it scares me." Can began to move and Tin quickly closed his eyes.
The last thing he wanted was Can hearing what he said. He didn't even know why he said it. He never spoke out any of his feelings to anyone really.
Can stopped moving and sighed deeply. Tin could feel Can's breath on his lips. When he opened his eyes Can's face was right in front of his. His lips so close that if he moved one inch closer they would be kissing, and that tempted Tin. He slowly, cautiously, moved his head forward. When his top lip lightly touched Can's Tin immediately pulled away and turned around.
He was scared of what he was doing. He was unsure. He almost just kissed a guy. He almost kissed Can. While he was asleep. He almost took advantage of a sleeping guy. What was going on with him?
That night sleep didn't come easy, at all for that matter, to Tin.
The next morning tin got up first. Can was still sleeping next to him. He slowly got out of bed. He slipped his shoes on and slipped out of the room. He didn't want to wake anyone, but that didn't stop someone from already being awake.
"You stayed the night?" A voice sounded from behind Tin, as he was about to open the door, startling him. He turned around and seen Can's younger sister with a cup of coffee in her hand.
"Lay. is it?" Tin asked. She nodded her head, not saying anything. "I did stay the night. I ended up bringing Can home really late and he asked if I wanted to stay." Tin explained. Lay wasn't having it.
"In his bed" She questioned. Tin chuckled nervously.
"Not like that."
"And you are slipping out of the house early, before he wakes up?"
"Not like that." Tin repeated.
"I know who you are, Tin. Son of the richest man in Thailand. You come from a lot of money. We may be poor, but don't think that you can pay my brother for sex, or whatever you guys have going on. He may be innocent and oblivious sometimes but he means well. If you break his heart the first thing I will do is break your face in return. I don't care how famous you are." Lay threatened. Tin had to admit that he was indeed a little afraid of this younger girl.
"It's really not like that. I promise you. Can and I have nothing going on. We are really just friends. I'm leaving because I have to go meet with someone. I'll message him and explain everything later. And Can doesn't know about me. So, please don't tell him." Tin begged. "He is the first person I've met who isn't like everyone else. I don't want him to know. I don't want his view of me to change." Tin said. Lay listened and nodded.
"Okay." She said eventually. Tin sighed deeply. "But," She continued. "One condition. You have to answer a question for me." She said. Tin sighed before nodding. "Do you like my brother?" She asked. Tin looked up at her surprised before shrugging.
"I honestly don't know." Tin answered honestly. Lay nodded and let him leave. Tin rushed out the house and into the car. Once we was there we took a deep breath and laid his head in his hands.
He didn't know what was going on with him. He didn't know how he liked Can. He didn't know what to do if he did end up liking Can that way. He didn't know how to stop if he did. He didn't even know if he would want himself to stop.
He pulled out his phone and called Pete.
"Yes?" Pete asked as he answered.
"How did you know that you were falling in love with Ae?"
