"Are you French?" Blake asks, pulling his car into his driveway.

I frown at him in amused confusion, unbuckling my seatbelt, "No, I'm British...remember?" I tell him, like he's obviously developed amnesia.

"Because, Eiffel for you." He replies and I roll my eyes, trying not to laugh.

"We're not really going to do this, are we?"

He raises his eyebrows at me in amusement.

"If you keep throwing these lines at me, I might strangle you." I attempt to frown at him but he's just too cute and I can't hold my forehead down.

"You're not going to strangle me." He says, cockily.

"Oh really, and how can you be so sure?"

"Because I'm your hoe...and your boyfriend."

I smack my hands over my face in embarrassment and laugh.

He pulls my hands away, takes one of my hands in his and kisses the back of it. It reminds me of the day we met.

"You do realise that's what it meant, as soon as you declared yourself my girl?"

"Of course. Being your girlfriend's going to be hard work, isn't it?" I question, giggling and he nods.

"It probably will be, but I take good care of everything that's mine."

"That's exactly why I'm with you. Why else would I have changed my mind about being in a relationship right now?"

"I don't understand. Why did you change your mind?" He pulls the corner of his bottom lip into his mouth, waiting for my reply.

"Because you make me feel safe. I have never had someone care about me and keep me safe the way that you do." He smiles and I get butterflies erupt in my stomach.

He lifts his arm and strokes the back of his finger down my cheek.

"I better message Jack and see if he'll cover for me tonight." He nods and I take out my phone.

Harsh! I'm staying at my boyfriends. Can you tell your mum and dad that I'm staying over at Daisy's tonight. I'll owe you a favour x

The quarterback you claimed I was 'screwing'. You missed an epic game tonight by the way x

I can still be with Mr Superstar and wander among the other peasants like myself x

Blake and I head into his house, turning on the lights as we go. He takes my hand in his and leads me towards the kitchen.
