(Anna's POV)
I wake up to find myself somewhere unfamiliar. My hands and feet were tied and I had duct tape over my mouth. My vision was blurry and I felt so dizzy. I want to go home. I wanna see Daniel and Mia so bad. I start to cry when all of a sudden, I feel something bang against my head and I pass out once more.
(Mia's POV)
It was the next morning and after I got ready, I realized that Anna wasn't up and ready yet. I went up to her room and saw she wasn't in her room. I thought that she just went to school earlier but it was only 6:25. At this point I was really concerned. I rushed downstairs and ran up to Daniel.
Mia: Where's Anna
Daniel: I don't know. Is she not up?
Mia: She isn't in her room. Did she head to school early
Daniel: No, she would've let me know if she was
Mia: Where could she be?
Daniel: I'm calling the guys
Daniel texts in the group for everyone to head over here ASAP. Within a span of 5 minutes, everyone is at the house and they are all very concerned.
Mia: Guys....Anna isn't in her room. She isn't in the house and she isn't answering my texts or calls
Ashley: Please don't tell me she's missing?!
Sydnie: That's sounds like the only reasonable thing
Ava: Oh my gosh this can't be happening
Zach: First me and now Anna
Jonah: When could have this happened
Daniel: In the middle of the night obviously
Jack: We gotta find her
Corbyn: We need to skip school today. It's the only right thing
Jonah: Everyone would be suspicious though
Zach: Fine. Then some of us should go. Make everyone think we're okay
Mia: I'm not going
Daniel: Me either. Mia and I will look for her
Jack: At this point she could be out of California right now
Jonah: Question is...who would take her?
Ashley: Kaiya?
Sydnie: Joshua?
Mia: My mom?
Jack: Your mom?
Mia: I feel like at this point she would do anything to hurt me... even if it means taking friends that mean the most to me
Ashley: What if one of us is next? I don't want that
Mia: I don't think it'll happen
Zach: I'm going to school. I'm going to confront Kaiya
Jack: Zach.....
Before Jack could finish his sentence, Zach bolted out of the door and headed to the school. Jack and Jonah sprinted off after him. The rest of us stayed at the house until it was later to go find Anna. We really need to find her.
(Zach's POV)
I finally got to the school without getting stopped by anyone. I looked around the courtyard and saw Kaiya with Joshua. I run over to her.
Zach: WHAT DID YOU DO WITH ANNA!
Kaiya: I have no idea what you're talking about
Zach: Don't play the game of bs with me! Where is she?!
Jonah: Zach. This isn't keeping it cool
Kaiya: What do you mean?
Jack: We can't find Anna
Joshua: Looks like she wanted to get away from you guys
Jonah: She's loves us.. she would never
Zach: You've been after us ever since Connor died! You went after me! You know where Daniel and Anna live. So you made sure that when everyone was gone and sleeping, you took Anna to show that you don't mess around. Where is she?!
Kaiya: Like I said.... I don't know
Zach: Ugh! You're such a liar!
I storm off and run off of school grounds. Jonah and Jack follow me once more back to Daniels house. I finally get back and grab some water.
Ashley: Anything?
Zach: Nope. But I know she's lying
Jack and Jonah burst in through the door
Jonah: Zach! What was that back there?!
Zach: Trying to get her to confess
Jack: By yelling at her?!
Daniel: You yelled?!
Zach: I just wanna find her. Daniel I'm sorry but... I really like Anna... like as a crush. I just want her back
Mia: WOW..this took a turn.
Ava: I think we should call the police
Sydnie: Same. Seems like the best idea
Jack: Daniel... do you wanna make the call
Daniel: Sure
Daniel dials 911 and they answer
Daniel: Hello, I would like to report my sister missing. She wasn't at the house when I woke up and she isn't at school either. Her name is Anna Seavey. Last time I saw her was around 9pm last night. Thank you.
He hangs up and turns to us.
Daniel: Police will be here as soon as they can. I can't believe this is happening
Corbyn: Where could she be?
Mia: We don't know. I just hope she's safe
(Anna's POV)
I wake up again and this time I see a figure in front of me. I start to panic and try to move.
?: That's not going to help.
The person comes near me and removes the duct tape from off of my mouth.
Anna: Who.....are.....you?
?: I'm... Sarah Hernandez... Mia's "half" sister
