Part 49

Two weeks later....

We were in Portland, Oregon and it was the day of another concert. I've been having pains all day but I'm thinking it's just cramps or something.

It was the end of the concert and the pain got worse. Now I was actually concerned.

Jacque: Mia, are you okay?

Mia: I've been having cramp like pains all day.

Jacque: Mia...you're going into labor.

Mia: No I'm not.

Jacque: Yes you are. You're having contractions. Your little girl is coming. Jonah!

Jonah comes to us and is looking concerned.

Jonah: Yes?

Jacque: Go tell Daniel that his daughter is coming. She's in labor.

Jonah: Okay. I'll go do that.

Jacque: Now. Let's get in the car. I'm driving you to the hospital.

Mia: I thought I'd be in LA when I'd be giving birth.

Jacque: Well..she wants to be born here.

We arrive at the hospital and they put me in a room and keep checking at how much I'm dialated at. Daniel comes in finally.

Daniel: How you doing?

Jacque: Why would you ask her that? She's in pain!

Daniel: I'm sorry.

Mia: It hurts really bad.

Daniel: I know but think of how happy you'll be afterwards. Aren't you glad we packed a baby and hospital bag?

Mia: Yeah. When do we go home?

Daniel: When you're healed and cleared. We cancelled tour for a while now.

We waited about 3 more hours and it was finally time. She was coming.

They sent me in the delivery room and I started pushing and pushing. Until, she finally came.

I heard her crying and they put me on my chest. She was so beautiful. I looked over at Daniel and he was crying. We made something so amazing.

Couple hours later...

Jacque and the boys came in to see the baby. When they saw her, their eyes all glistened.

Zach: Daniel...you did good. And you too Mia.

Daniel: Thanks.

Jacque: She's so pretty.

Jack: What's her name?

Mia: Do you wanna say it?

Daniel: Sure..it's Addison Rose Seavey.

Corbyn: That's so pretty. Our kids are going to be such great friends.

Daniel: Yeah. They are.

Jacque: I know this is probably I really bad time to say this but....

Mia: What is it?

Jacque: Well...Jonah..you're going to be a dad too?

Jonah: Wait..seriously?

Zach: Another set?! First Corbyn, then Daniel, now Jonah, I'm going to be the last one.

Daniel: Well, let Mia get some rest and we leave in the morning.

The next morning, we headed back to LA..this time with Addison.

Couple of months later....

It's been nice being back home in LA. Colby has met his niece..she loves him and Colby loves her. Her nursery is adorable. Isabella has met Addison and I would say she likes her. Christina has come by for a visit with the twins and like Corbyn said..they're going to be best friends. Lots of sleepless nights but it's all worth it. But today is very special..it's the day I become Mrs Seavey.

It seems a little fast to becoming married already but everything is happening so fast but it will all be worth it.

Wedding ceremony(vows)

It was time for the vows and this is where I knew I would cry. Daniel will be going first.

Daniel: Mia..when I first laid my eyes on you..I knew that you were the one. I wanted to be yours and I would do anything for you. I never thought it would come true but it did. I love you so much...I'm so glad that we have a child now and hope that we can have many more. I'm glad you support me no matter what and that I know you love me. I'm glad that I can call you my forever mate and most importantly..my wife. I love you.

Now..it was my turn..

Mia: Daniel James Seavey...probably someone I never thought I would be marrying in my whole life. But I guess I was wrong. Thank you for putting up with all the adventures we had..even the dangerous ones. Thank you for being by my side through it all. You have been such a great dad to little Addi and that...I now know..you are the one. I could never ask for anyone better and I'm glad I can call you mine.

And before I know it..I'm Mrs. Seavey.

Wedding reception...

I'm saying hi to all the guests and Isabella comes up to me with Noel.

Noel: Congrats.

Mia: Thank you.

Isabella: Never thought this would be so soon.

Mia: Me either but it happens. I didn't think I'd be having Addi at 18 but...here we are.

Noel: You chose good.

Mia: I know you guys will find someone who will be like Daniel but fit for you guys.

Isabella: Thanks for that.

Mia: You're welcome.

Isabella: I guess we'll see you around then.

Mia: Yeah for sure. I love you guys.

Noel: Love you too.

The rest of the night we had fun and partied. For once everything was normal and happy. I'm glad where I am and who I'm with. I'm excited for what Addi has in store for her but she will be amazing. I married the guy of my dreams and have an amazing family. I'm glad I can end/start a new part of my life. No crime. No evil. Just peace and happiness.
