Terry
The actual reason I moved to Weinsburg is to escape vampire-related stuff that was going on in Josenburg. All I wanted is to be left alone for once in my life and to strip away from being someone well-known there into a more discrete life here. I hoped that no one knows me here, I still remember stepping out from the ship feeling a bit free that people don't know me here.
Then I saw that girl, with her brown wavy hair and smug smile, at the port. Well, I was trying to make sure it wasn't her, I was thinking to myself, I probably see things until I got closer before I reacted like this inside my head;
It can't be her; it couldn't, she looks like Selena, wait a minute, it is SELENA!
The bright and cheerful, miss Goodwill of my past school, I could've sworn that coincidentally we kept meeting no matter how far I go.
"Sel!" I screamed from afar, walking towards her as she looked at me with an odd expression on her face. As I got closer, I continued speaking, looking at her straight in her sapphire blue eyes, "you moved too are you just visiting for a little while?" I asked her, and she was smiling at me.
"Oh, Terry! Yeah, I moved here, like a few days ago!"
I stared at her. That headband bothered me, she had never worn a headband before, and it covered her forehead, I stared at it for a while, but I think she didn't notice.
Then she started the endless conversation of her life like always, sometimes I wonder whether she is an airhead or her head is full of stuff. Sometimes, I even wondered why is she still single due to the number of words she says per day.
Well, that was before, and the current situation is that she knows that I am a vampire, but she doesn't really mind it. Though I think I should be worried about her, not myself, I mean she was careless enough to try to fight a vampire trying to drink someone else's blood, and now she has brain damage that just gives her random faints, I am pretty sure. This is going to be annoying.
All aside, she is moving with me now.
I told her to sign some stuff on the table and read further 'roommates' agreements' now that she knows I am a vampire. I hope she understands what she needed to do.
While she was reading it, I was dusting off the shelves, trying to keep the mansion clean.
"I can't eat garlic bread anymore?" She asked me.
"No, eat that elsewhere."
"No more Saturday Night Crime movie?"
"I am using the television that night for Life of Tragedy, so no," I told her in a stern tone. She looked quite disappointed, but she just continued reading anyway. It seemed like her mind was already set to stay here. I guess there was no way she would leave, had a little feeling that I wanted her to leave, but I guess this is fine as long she agrees to my rules.
Oh yeah, we go to the same campus, I turned around and looked at her, "and we need to leave at separate times," I told her.
"Uhh... but you leave at 6 a.m. often, and class starts at 8 anyway?"
"I have vampire's sunlight allergies okay?!"
I dislike the fact my skin can't stand even an inch of sunlight, it burns the same way it feels like a match burn on your skin. Perhaps the lack of melanin kind of cursed the vampire kind to not be able to stand the sunlight.
She continued reading for a bit while I was finishing up with the cleaning.
"And do we have to clean the mansion every Saturday?" She asked.
