Fun Fair

Selena admired herself in the mirror, with a smug face, she played with her hair, ready for her first date. Before she smiled widely, remembering that she's going out on a date with Terry, feeling so joyful that she felt her relationship with him is progressing to a more romantic one.

Terry entered the room, wearing a jacket and a red shirt, with a bag, "can't you pick a dress?"

"I don't have any!!"

"Fine," he reached his hand out to her, as she grabbed it excitedly, "come on, let's go."

The two walked together to the fun fair under the night sky, with the full moon seemingly to attract couples from all over the town. It was like a couple's trap especially with the skies being cleared up with stars above them.

Selena was skipping and jumping right in front of Terry with her hands behind her back smiling, and twirling with her hair flowing around her, "it's going to be the best night of our life!"

"Not sure about that," he told her, he took out a map and looked at his watch, "don't go to far, where you want to go first?"

She looked around the fair, the food stalls, the game stalls, but the thing that caught her attention was the large ride above them, the monstrous railings, with the people screaming above her.

"Oh."

The line was long, and she was already on the ground hugging her legs by the time when only ten minutes had passed breathing heavily.

"I made a mistake, I should've bought some snacks first," she grumbled with her head on her knee.

"I knew this was going to happen," he took out something out of his bag and hit Selena lightly with it. When she raised her head, she could see the small packet of cereal bar. Her eyes widened in joy as she opened it in a rush, "oh my god thank you, I can't believe this," she chomped it in half, and munching it, "gosh, mmmh!"

The people started walking and Selena started dragging her ass across the pathway while Terry looked down at her, "you sure you don't want to stand up."

"I mean, I'll stand up when it's closer."

They got into the ride, fastening the belt that holds them.

"Welcome riders to Weinsburg no.1 ride, please fasten your seatbelt, and enjoy the ride, if any emergency rises, feel free to hit the button beneath your feet. Have fun!"

"I am sure we don't need the emergency button," Terry told her, as the ride moved front and back, causing him to have a mini heart attack, as the ride started to move, as it vibrated against the railings, passing through a tunnel before he could see the light coming out of the tunnel and watched the ground below, the visitors seemed so small beneath them.

It was at this moment he realized.

He was doomed.

The ride started to speed up at the rate he wasn't ready for, as Selena screamed in joy while he went silent, his hands clutched the metal bar tightly, gulping in fear.

5 minutes later

He vomited down the toilet, while Selena stood outside, "sorry Terry, I thought you could handle it."

"No, no," he wiped the vomit off his mouth, looking pale, "I thought I could stand it too."

He flushed it down as he started going outside, pulling out a thermos bottle and started drinking out of it, "is that what I think it is."
