Traitors of the Leaf- Itachi Fanfic

Officaialy a Ninja!

Alright- fair warning. There is going to be LOT'S of timeskips, because we don't know much about Itachi's last and I really don't bore you with stuff like- I went to school for 434 more days. Then, this and that happened... OKAY. PLEASE DON'T FALL ASLEEP! So, be expected for years to pass in a few minutes. Times flies, no? Well. Unto the story! :)

Time skip- a year later! (She's 7)

It's the day! You know, the day Academy Students become real ninja.. Genins at least. To be honest, it's rather easy. All you have to do is to create some clones, and you're all set for a headband. We did the harder ninjutsu sand weapon throwing earlier in the year. Shisui, Itachi and I had both skipped ahead and were graduating this year.

"Izumi Kimikoto, please come up and use the clone technique," I heard our sensei say.

I skipped up to the whiteboard and yelled "RUBBER DUCKIES!" Before found some hand signs- and POOF- the whole room was filled up with my clones. Looks like I overdid it...

"Uh.. Izumi, you pass. Now can you get rid of the clones and get your headband?" Sensei asked, pointing to a cardboard box. I promptly made them disappear and fished a black headband from the box.

Skipping back to my seat, I grinned widely. I can't wait to meet my team!

Time Skip- At Itachi's place- or rather, porch.

I lifted Namiki onto my lap. Mother allowed me to bring her over to Itachi's house, so she could have some fun with him and Sasuke. "Hm, who's a good baby? You're the good baby. The best baby!" I crooned, smiling at her giggles.

Itachi leaned in and whispered, "No way, Sasuke's definitely the best baby,"

"Lies! Namiki's the best baby, see how amazingly adorable she is? Admittedly, Sasuke's cute, but just look at her!"

"Now, come on. You should see him when he's around a tomato. H-"

Itachi was cut off by a Sasuke poking Namiki and finally declaring "Girl! Toomatoe girl!" Indeed Namiki did look like a tomato today, she was wearing a red footie with green ruffles. But what surprised us the most was Sasuke trying to 'eat' Namiki and her just looking at him wide-eyed as if he were crazy.

We both burst into laughter and giggled until our ribs hurt. "Okay.. They're both *gasp* the cutest babies *giggle* EVER." I declared.

"We can settle on that," Itachi agreed, before I collapsed into a fit of giggles again. Doubling over, I didn't realized how close my face was to Itachi's until I opened my eyes.

Blushing beet red, I said "Oop.. Sorry!" Before leaning back.

"It's okay, actually..."

Right on cue, Namiki yawned the biggest yawn in the history of yawns, which resulted in Sasuke trying to stick his hand in. I giggled and said "Namiki,s getting tired, I have to go, okay? I'll see you tomorrow at school!" Itachi nodded and I tacked him into a huge hug. After separating Namiki and Sasuke, I picked up Namiki and walked away, to home.
