"no way! that's cheating!"
seungmin just rolled his eyes, "no it isn't, the only rule was 'anything' so just suck it up."
"and it's just one day anyway."
"yeah, one day! who knows how much of my money you'll suck." hyunjin fought back.
"get over yourself, do you not have any trust in me." the younger frowned with a small pout.
"i-i,, okay, i'll agree to anything you request for 24 hours," the taller sighed out.
"you devil" he whispered under his breath.
the latter's frown deepened and he elbowed the older in his ribs, making him hiss in pain.
"take that back!", seungmin snapped with his elbow threateningly aligned towards the older's side.
hyunjin quickly lifted his hands up in surrender, "okay okay, sorry."
the younger glared at him for one last time before leaning back comfortably against the headboard of the bed.
there was a moment of silence before seungmin spoke up once again, "take me shopping." he said, turning his head back towards the older.
"are you serious? this late?" hyunjin questioned in shock.
the younger just nodded eagerly with a grin, "yes!"
hyunjin heaved a sigh and thought for a second before nodding.
"there's actually a mall close by, we could go by feet."
"yay! let's get going then!" piped seungmin who was already dragging the taller downstairs.
as they were going past the living room, they noticed chan watching tv on the couch.
"we're going to mall--" hyunjin stopped in his steps to tell his hyung but was cut off when the younger impatiently pulled him towards the front door.
"oh, this late? well have-" he bid the two a goodbye with a wave but was interrupted by the door slamming shut.
"..fun"

the two had already been walking towards the mall for a few minutes while ocassionally chatting comfortably before the older spoke up, "how come it's so crowded this late.."
"i know right.." seungmin mumbled quietly while slowly and without realizing, he inched towards the taller until their arms were brushing against each other.
"everything alright..?" hyunjin questioned after noticing, concern lacing his voice.
the smaller shook his head, mumbling a quiet 'no'. he looked around for a while before turning his focus back towards the older.
"..c-can i hold your hand?", he asked with a small voice as he started to avoid the taller's intense, worried gaze.
when he quickly glanced at the older's eyes and saw a hint of confusion and shock drawn on his features, he started rambling.
"i--i me-mean i j-just don't w--want to get l-lost.. y-yeah, that--that's it--!" he continued stuttering with a beet red face until he heard the older chuckle beside him.
"w-what are you laughing at!"
"well we're going to get engaged soon anyway,, so you don't have to ask about things like this." hyunjin spoke matter-of-factly before sending a wink towards the flustered boy.
the younger didn't even know how to respond so he just turned his face away to hide the obvious blush on his cheeks.
hyunjin just grinned sweetly while looking at the younger before reaching for his hand, but the latter still didn't budge.
he smirked mischievously, bringing the latter's hand up before placing his lips gently against skin, repeating the action from before.
the smaller whipped his head towards the older, his eyes widening before pulling his hand back in shock, "hyunjin! stop with that already!" he squeaked, blood rushing up to his cheeks once again.
"okay okay, i was just teasing you." the taller chuckled, pleased with the reaction he got.
"well, we should probably continue." he told with a gratified tone before reaching for the younger's smaller hand, this time intertwining their fingers.
