"Hey kid...you ok?" Sans made no sudden movements to the tense human on the couch before him. She didn't seem to move, or acknowledge his words. Very gently laying the plates and mugs on the floor as he held up both boney hands. 'C'mon remember her name. Maybe that'll help' Sans itched back memories from yesterday, trying to remember. He noticed that both her hands were glowing the same green that the massive shield and her eye took. She was producing magic. The shield seemed very sloppy, almost like liquid as it bobbed up and down, uneven.

"I-it's Sue right? Or, do you prefer Susie?" The last name seemed to help slightly, their hands no longer clenched into balls and the glow dispersing, more shivering from the pent up energy they had. "Seems you like Susie more, huh kid?" In Sans head he saw this as pointless, trying to coax her down this way, didn't seem to get him any fast progress.

"Alright, why don't I try this." Scrapping through his head again to find a good conversation opener, he smiled with an idea as his words slipped more fluently and confident. "What do you call a bear with no teeth?" He waited for a response, a small head tilt and movement of the eyes seemed to be enough for now, "A gummy bear!" He chuckled to himself, and surprisingly got one out of the Susan.  "There we go, just needed a little 'bone rattling' experience was all." She giggled a bit more this time, the flashing bright colors in her right eye lessening and the shield disappeared as she eased up. "Did you think that was Humerous? Tibia honest I have a skele-ton more!"

A cheesy grin was plastered in his skull as the girl held her face trying not to burst in a laughing fit. It'd been a while since he 'cracked' bone jokes on his friends, Susan just seemed to eat them up as if they were the funniest thing she ever heard. "I don't want to be too Sternum with you, but we have some things to discuss."

"I'm guessing it was about last night?" She spoke uneasy from calming down, rubbing a tear from her cheek as she calmed down from the chuckling. She remembered all that happened, to be honest it scared her to think about it again. But hiding it from Sans probably wouldn't be very smart, since she did remember something happening to him when she was having those dreams. Were they even dreams?

"Yeah, you kinda freaked Papyrus out to the point where he stayed up all night to keep watch." Sans had to put his hands to Susan's shoulders as she shifted up to look for the taller one, since the shield was gone he could get closer. "No, it's ok. He's asleep now. As much as I hate to admit it, we both will be telling him what happened..." Sans grabbed the mugs off the floor and handed one to her, they still seemed shaky after all the night's ordeals, but calm enough to function.

"I don't really know how to describe what I saw...I've never had dreams like this. I saw things I'd never seen before. Images that were haunting..." She took a sip, the coffee wasn't too hot, a bit aged, but still enjoyable. Sans fiddled with the rim of his mug as he listened, "The beginning wasn't bad. Same dream i had before waking up to you and Alphys, I'd much rather had that half of it on repeat instead of what I saw." Her lips quivered at the thought, the image of the small child, the bleeding flooding the room, the red being only laughing at her, the ripping feeling of getting torn in two. "I'd much rather see all those blue flowers. That seemed like a better world before it all came crashing down."

Susan looked over to Sans, he was listening but looking at the floor, deep in thought. "You...don't happen to know of a place like that do you? With blue flowers?" She asked, almost in a whisper.

Sans put his gaze back to hers, "Yeah. Remember the waterfall that we stopped at before 'short-cutting' here?" Susan nodded. She remembered feeling very queasy after that trick of his. Seemingly as if he didn't do it a whole lot with other people. "There's a place that sounds about the same from your Vision, it's a bit tricky to navigate too, but possible. I can take you there when your a bit more prepared to stand on your own two feet." Finally taking a sip from his own mug, his teeth never moving, only giving the same smirking grin he had. This puzzled Susan, how did he drink and eat with closed teeth?

"How do you do that?" Sans stopped, puzzled. He tilted his head to the side. "Drink I mean. You don't move your teeth? You don't have lips to what I can see." The puzzled Sans pointed once he understood, after Susan explained herself.

"Magic kid. All monsters have them, some stronger than others. Me and Pap share similar magic that isn't common down here, so we keep it under-wraps. Anyways...were getting side tracked." Turning slightly, and possibly showing off, a blue aura caressed the mug and slowly brought it to the table across the room.

"Now...about that shield you just created..."
