The Baudelaire's and Quagmire's had gotten quite far down the beach when they realized Count Olaf stopped following them.

"He's not chasing us any more." Duncan told everyone looking back.

"Violet can you stand? We can't exactly drag you all the way home." Isadora asked.

"Where is home?" Violet questioned. They all looked at each other realizing that they didn't have anywhere to go.

"We should go to Justice Strauss's she's nice and we know where she lives." Klaus suggested.

"Ok Violet try to walk." Quigley instructed. Violet shakily got up. She stood for a second before breathing a sigh of relief. The pressure on her leg was painful but not unbearable. She began taking steps very slowly and carefully. The pain only got worse. She stepped with her injured leg and gasped in pain. She turned white and fell on top of Duncan. He caught her and sat her down.

"Are you ok?" He asked concerned.

"No most definitely not." Violet whimpered rubbing her leg.

"How about we take the trolley." Isadora suggested. "Violet can hold on to you and Klaus and then we can ride back to Justice Strauss's." They all nodded in agreement and helped Violet to the trolley. They sat down and waited for the stop.

They arrived at the house and knocked on the door. Justice Strauss opened the door and looked at them in shock.

"Can you help us?" Isadora asked.

"Certainly. Bring Violet inside and sit her on the couch. I will get bandages and disinfectant to clean up her wounds." They all nodded and rushed inside.

Justice Strauss came back with supplies to help Violet. They wrapped her leg and Isadora helped her walk to the bathroom so she could take a shower. "I'll be right outside the door if you need anything." Isadora called sitting on one of the three beds in the guest room.

"You Violet and Sunny can have this room if you like. The one right across the hall is similar and the boys can stay there." Justice Strauss told Isadora whole walking into the room.

"Where do you sleep?" Isadora asked.

"Upstairs." Justice Strauss smiled and left the room. Violet got out of the shower and got dressed in fresh clothes. Everyone ended up changing.

"Are you feeling better Violet?" Isadora asked when Violet came out of the bathroom.

"Much." Violet sat down on the bed next to Isadora. They heard a knock at the door.

"Come in." Violet called. Duncan walked in the room.

"Are you feeling better?" Duncan asked.

"Yes thanks for asking." Isadora smiled.

"I wasn't talking to you." Duncan growled.

"I know. I'll give you two some alone time." Isadora hopped out of the room closing the door behind her.

"I am feeling better." Violet told Duncan motioning for him to sit down. He did.

"I'm glad to here that." He smiled at the beautiful girl next to him. "Look I'm sorry for kissing you without your permission." Duncan apologized.

"Oh shut up." Violet interrupted Duncan by placing her lips on his. He pressed back pulling her closer. She held on to his neck and he held on to her waist. They sat and kissed passionately until they were out of breath.

"So you do like me?" Duncan questioned.

"Oh shut up Duncan!" Violet hit him playfully.

"Do you wanna go see what everyone else is doing?" Duncan asked helping Violet up.

"Sure." She held on to Duncan for her life and they went downstairs.

"What were you two doing?" Isadora grinned.

"I could ask the same for you." Violet laughed.

"They weren't doing anything I was supervising." Quigley said walking into the room.

"Should we watch a movie?" Violet asked sitting down.

"Sounds fun." Duncan said sitting next to her.

So that night they watched a movie and all fell asleep on the couch.
