A Series of Unfortunate Events: A Fortunate Ending

What are we?

It was 8:00 pm at the little house in the middle of nowhere. After a long day of driving all everyone wanted to do was sleep, so that's what they did.

Klaus and Isadora snuggled up tight together and soon drifted off. Quigley tucked Sunny in the crib and then passed out on the bed himself. The only people still up were perhaps the people with the best reason for not sleeping. Awkwardness.

Duncan and Violet took turns in the bathroom getting ready for bed. When time came to actually get in the bed though both were a little timid. They ended up both sleeping on opposite edges of the bed. Thankfully it was a king sized one otherwise they might've been a little closer.

Duncan was facing Violet deep in thought whereas Violet was staring up at the ceiling.

"Hey Vi?" Duncan called across the bed.

Violet turned on her side to face him. She then realized that they weren't as far apart as she thought they were. "Yeah?" Violet replied.

"This might be a weird question to ask but, what are we?" Duncan looked into Violet's eyes making her blush slightly at the attention.

"I think we're friends." Violet said trying to choose her words carefully.

"Just.....friends?" Duncan seemed to cringe at the word.

"Duncan I don't know what we are but I know what I want to be." Violet explained.

"And what would that be?" Duncan questioned.

"I want to be your girlfriend." Violet said in almost a whisper.

"That's all I needed to hear." In mere seconds Duncan was on top of Violet kissing her so passionately she thought she would pass out from lust.

The kissing turned into more and one thing led to another......

Violet woke up next to Duncan. They were cuddled up together and a complete mess.

"Morning Vi." Duncan said his voice rough from sleep. He planted a light yet firm kiss on her lips.

"Morning Dunc." Violet stood up and headed to the shower. "I'm gonna get cleaned up."

"Care if I join?" Duncan asked teasingly. He didn't expect Violet to nod and wink but he happily accepted and followed her to the shower.

Klaus and Isadora were in the kitchen making breakfast when they heard Sunny and Quigley chatting.

"Morning guys." Isadora said looking over her shoulder at them.

"Sleep well?" Klaus asked sipping on a coffee. He didn't get much sleep last night.

"I would've if it wasn't for-" Quigley was cut off by Isadora.

"Hey keep it pg! We have a baby in here!" Isadora warned.

"You heard it too?" Klaus asked.

"I think everyone did." Quigley sighed.

"Too be fair, we did force them to share a room." Isadora laughed. "Don't tease them about it either. They're the oldest out of all of us and can do as they please." Isadora instructed.

Isadora set the food out on the table and everyone sat down. Soon after Violet and Duncan joined them.

"So did you two-"

"Quigley." Isadora said sternly.

"Sorry." Quigley looked down and continued eating.

There was a knock on the door that startled all of them.

Violet went to open it and found someone she didn't expect to see.

"Oh my god!"

Do you like the name Antoinette or Maya better? If you have a better name than pls suggest that 2. I don't want it to be a basic overused name tho because all the names in ASOUE are kinda exotic in a way like Isadora.
