Then Count Olaf's car crashed into them.
Duncan held on to Sunny as he went flying towards the glass. Violet was held back by her seatbelt as was Annie and Quigley. Unfortunately, Klaus and Isadora sat in a part of the car with no seatbelts. They went flying into the seat in front of them.
The car skidded to a stop making the passengers fly into things even more. By the time the car had come to an actual stop everyone was in different parts of the car from which they had started.
They quickly climbed out only to find the car completely ruined, a tire was missing and no where in sight as well as the back windshield shattered to bits.
Duncan has Sunny in his arms as he sat on the grass by the side of the road catching his breath. Soon Isadora and Klaus joined him, follows by Annie and Quigley. None of them were badly injured except for a couple scratches and bruises here and there.
Klaus gazes over at the car and signed. "Violet do you have any way of fixing it or?" Klaus looked around for his sister but didn't see her anywhere. "Violet?" He called out.
"Where has Violet gone?" Duncan asked.
"That's what I'm trying to figure out myself.
Duncan and Klaus got up and started looking around for Violet, no sign of the young inventor anywhere.
That was until they saw the blood.
The front windshield of the car was covered in red making Klaus flinch a little. They rushed over to find the source of the blood though they both new who it was coming from.
When they opened the broken car door however, they were surprised to find Violet pinning Count Olaf to a seat.
"Violet! You're ok!" Duncan said relieved.
"Well of course, help me get him out. He's knocked out for the time being." Violet explained lifting the grown man out of the car.
"Violet you're covered in blood!" Klaus commented.
"Oh no that's ketchup that he sprayed all over the car and I." Violet explained laughing a little.
The two boys carried Count Olaf over to the grass area.
"What do we do with him now?" Violet questioned.
"How about give him back."
