"Harry," I breathed out. He looked at me from the corner of his eye with a smirk, knowing exactly what I was about to ask. "Can you let me out? I need to..uh...go to the bathroom." I said, unbuckling my seatbelt.
"Nope," he shook his head and lifted his feet up to the back of the seat infront of him, creating a barrier with his legs. "We're only four hours into the flight and you've already been up five times. This is why I made you have the window seat."
I should've sat alone.
"Harry, please." I spoke through clenched teeth. He just shook his head and closed his eyes. "Go to sleep, Ariana. We'll be there before you know it." he yawned, relaxing his head on his headrest.
Damn you, Styles.
I slouched down in my seat and rebuckled. Maybe he's right, maybe sleeping will help this flight go by faster. Before I closed my eyes, I glanced back at everybody behind sitting behind us. Sound asleep. Every single one of them.
I turned back around and pressed my legs to my chest so my cheek could rest on the cap of my knee. Okay, maybe this isn't too bad. My eyes gently closed and I began to think.
Which was really dumb. What I should've done is cleared my head and try to fall asleep like I normally do, but nope.
I began thinking about when we get there and what Australia's going to be like. Then my thoughts switched to if we ever get to Australia. And from there, it went down hill and ended at me beginning to prepare to crash. Which sounds dumb, I know, but you have no idea how freaked out I am over planes.
My eyes shot open, feet fell back to the floor, and hands shut the window cover so I couldn't see how high up we were. Unknowingly, my foot began to tap as the thought of us crashing kept replaying in my head. Then it occured to me that I'm basically trapped in one room for over 10 hours.
I can't take this anymore.
"Harry." I shook his shoulder. He jumped awake and rubbed his eyes. "What is it, Ariana?!" now he sounded annoyed.
"Please." I pouted. He let out a small grumble and moved his feet out of the way so I could get out. A smile filled with relief spread across my face as I thanked Harry and scattered out of my seat. I walked slowly to the plane's bathroom, taking deep breathes and reassuring myself that we're safe.
People must've thought I was sleeping or something in the bathroom because I spent a good thirty minutes in there before I started getting claustrophobic again. And by people, I mean Harry and the flight attendant.
I began making my way back to my seat, but quickly turned around and began pacing the aisle. Pacing is good, right?
"Ma'am.." I twirled around to see the flight attendant smiling at me. She looked to be in her late twenties, with short blonde hair and perfectly straight teeth. I stood there like a deer in headlights, not knowing what to say. "You need to head back to your seat, all passengers need to be buckled at this time."
"Wha-wha-what? Buckled? Wh-why? Is something wrong? Are we crashing? Oh my god, we're crashing! Harry we're-" my words were rushed and sloppy and she cut me off.
"No, we just need all passengers in their seats." She tried pulling a smile, but it quickly faded. I could see the bags under her eyes and coldness in her expression, not at me but everything in general. A part of me told myself to be a good person, but that thought faded.
"Right, okay. I just need to go to the bathroom real quick." I tried to push past her, but a hand caught my wrist.
"No you don't." he whispered into my ear and pulled my back down the aisle. "Harry, stop! Get me off this plane!" I shrieked, then grabbed fistfulls of my hair. Thank god we were on a private plane or else people might think that I've lost all sanity.
