Fresh cool air drifted into the room, sending a wave of relief over Lena. The weather outside was spiking up every hour, currently at 96 degrees.
Pale pink flowers were wrapped around the marble staircase, making it appear grandiose and beautiful. Fresh green plants and other flowers were placed around the house as a simple yet elegant decor. Candles were light near the end of the staircase to around the grand room.
A squared arch covered in green vines, white roses and leafy plants stood in front of the center wall of the grand-room. Four rows of wooden chairs arranged in fives, leaving a gap in the middle from the arch to the hall.
The house began to settle, people began to take their seats. Friends and Family were thrilled and anxious for the ceremony to begin.
On the second floor on their newly purchased home, Logan stands in front of a long mirror.
"Dude, the tie won't straighten." Logan breathed out in annoyance.
Jace rose up from one of the armchairs "Chill out, Mate." He said to his upheaved friend as he attempted to straighten Logan's tie.
"Someone's anxious." Liam muttered to Nate who sat beside him.
Nate smiled "It's alright, man. No one's gonna be looking at you." He said to Logan.
Logan's eyebrows lowered together as he looked at Nate through the glass.
"That's true. No one looks at groom." Liam stated as he held up his index finger.
"But Lena will notice." Logan said becoming distressed. Her name rolling off of his tongue sent butterflies to his stomach.
"That's also true." Liam said as he and Nate looked at each other nodding their heads.
"Yeah." Nate said.
"There. See, you were just a bit too eager." Jace said to Logan with a smile. He stepped outside and nodded approvingly at Logan's attire.
The door opened and Chuck's head peeked in "Logan, looking sharp. Just in time because it's time." He said with a small smile.
Jace placed his hand over Logan's shoulder as Logan breathed out heavenly.
"I've never seen you this nervous in my life." Nate remarked "Just breathe."
"And I thought the bride was supposed to be a damsel in distress." Liam chuckled
In the other room, the A.C had just began to cool off the bride. She fanned herself as she paced back and forth.
