~*+One day before the dance+*~

The girls sit at a table in the Cafe.

"We still haven't found dates to take to the  ball!" Darlene said as she face plants into the table.

"We only have one day left!" Katherine said sad.

"Don't worry guys, we'll find someone! I know we will!" Celestia said trying to cheer them up.

"We'll just have to keep looking..." Darlene gets up from her seat. "Let's get a snack to eat."

"Yeah, I'm staving!" Katherine said running over to the snack stand. "I'll get....uhhh...a sugar-free smoothie please."

Darlene and Celestia walk over as well.

"I'll get a Cotton Candy Frappe." Darlene said.

"And I'll get a...Mocha Frappe." Celestia ordered.

"Okay coming right up!" The cafe lady goes through the door and comes out a few minutes later with their drinks.

"Thanks!" Said all of them picking up their drinks.

"You guys want to go to the spa or something?"

"Sure! Sounds great!"

The girls walk to the spa but a guy stops Katherine.

"Uh...Katherine..can I talk to you?.."

"O-oh sure" Katherine said blushing a little. Omg Theodore is talking to me. She turns to the others waiting on her. "You guys can go on without me. I'll be there shortly."

"Okay." Darlene and Celestia day as they walk into the spa.

Katherine turns back to Theodore. "What did you want to talk to me about?"

Theodore also slightly blushing says, "Well..uhh..is anyone taking you to the...dance?"

Katherine gets surprised by the question "u-uh no. Why do you ask?"

Theodore paused for a second and spoke again. "Oh, so...would you like to go with me?" Theodore smiles waiting for her answer.

Omgomgomgomgomg "I would love to!" Katherine answered with a big smile.

"Great! I'll see you there!" Theodore winks and walks away.

Katherine watches him until he disappears around the corner and lets out a small squeal of excitement. She then walks into the spa like nothing had happened to not draw attention.

"Hey Katherine! What did you guys talk about?" Celestia said as she reached for a chocolate covered strawberry.

Katherine who couldn't hold in the excitement blurted out, "HE ASKED ME TO GO THE DANCE WITH HIM!!!!" And let's put another squeal.

"Wow that's great!" Darlene smiled. "One of us down two of us to go."

"I really hope we fine someone soon Darlene" Celestia said as she eats another strawberry.

The girls get done with their spa day and sit out by the pool with their feel in the water.

"What a relaxing day." Darlene said as she closes her eyes and looks up so the heat from the sun lands on her face.

"It sure wa-" Celestia gets interrupted by the splash of water that hits her right in the face. "Ahh!"

"Haha, what's so fun about sitting on the edge of the pool?" A boy known as Ashton says to the girls.

"Oh you're going to pay!" Celestia takes off her hat and gets up, she then jumps into the water. Celestia and Ashton takes turns splashing water at each other and laughing.
