Narrator speaking.
As the months went on, Red got more and more flirty. He was driving Polar crazy.
"I'm going for a run." Polar told her pack. "Can I come to?" Red asked while starting to stand up.
"No. I want to be alone." Polar told Red. Red sat back down. Defeat gleaming in his eyes. "I'll be back soon." Polar said before taking off.
Running through the brush, Polar caught the scent of a female raptor. Intruder, was all that ran threw Polar's mind as she ran.
The red striped, black, female raptor wasn't even aware of Polar. Taking this as an opportunity to strike. Polar pounced, tackling the female to the ground.
"Who are you?!" Polar growled. "Please don't kill me." The female begged. Polar then let her guard down.
The female took this as a chance to kick her off. "Never let your guard down if you wanna live." The female growled.
"I like you. You should join my pack." Polar invited, hoping this would end the other females fighting urges. "Okay. My names Stripe, what's your's?" Stripe asked. 'Hallelujah! No more fighting!' Polar thought.
"Nice meetin' ya. Name's Polar. Follow me, I'll bring you to my pack." Polar explained as the walked back to the waterfall cave.
"You look familiar. Do I know you?" Stripe asked. "Who's your father? I might know him, that might help me tell if I know you." Polar asked. She knew a lot of male raptors because they tried and failed to court her.
"Taeka." Stripe said with sadness. Taking in a sharp breath, Polar spoke, "You're my sister."
"Wow! I have an older sister!" Stripe beamed. Polar could tell Stripe was young, but tough. "We have a lot of siblings. Haven't you met them?" Polar asked.
"No, momma said that I didn't have any siblings." Stripe explained. "Who's your mother?" Polar asked.
"Grey." Stripe said with pride. Polar gaped, Grey was Stripe's mother! (Grey was around Polar's age or a little older. Polar could remember playing with Grey when she was little.) That would explain why Polar's father wasn't around much.
He had another mate! That lying, cheating bastard! 'I will kill him, even if it's the last thing I ever do.' Polar thought.
"Come. We are close to the cave." Polar trudged on. This news disturbed her. Her father was the most disgusting raptor on the whole planet.
Once they got to the cave, out shot Red. He ran in front of Polar and blocked her from Stripe. "Back off!" He growled.
Moving out from behind Red, Polar stood by Stripe. "This is my sister. She would like to join the pack." Polar explained.
"She can join." Red said, with a hint of lust in his eyes. Polar's heart panged with jealousy. Polar liked Red, and it looked like her sister might just steal him from her.
