The official ending is, um *checks calendar because I don't know how long February is* February 28th! So at 11:59 on the night of February 28th, all submissions should be submitted?
But Emma, you ask, where do I submit?

They can be submitted before feb 28! But, all submissions must be before then UNLESS you talk to me about an extension (jeez I sound like a teacher), but I'll totally be like "yeah you can submit it a week or two later" IF YOU TALK TO ME
Anyways, to those entering- you're the best!
