The open room was calm. Quiet. One might even argue that it was peaceful. But the present was most certainly different from the past. In the center of the room stood an open pod, energy spewing from it even now nearly a year later. They still hadn't moved it to a secure storage place since they were still trying to figure out just exactly what it was. All he could figure out as of now was that it had something to do with some form of aliens. Other beings who had sent Death Blade here. Their purpose was all too apparent now. But one upper hand they had now was that Ver knew about this pod. The materials, the way it got here, and she even had a theory of who sent it. Although none of these personally met General Mag's ears, he was sure they would be well used in the hands of his most trusted Mystic at this time. This whole Stream World business wasn't his to get involved with, so he didn't. That was Ver's responsibility. Keith's too. All of the Mystics. As long as they followed orders within their boundaries and helped save lives Mag didn't concern himself with the details.

But even so, questions would always creep their way into his mind on occasion when he was in bed or when he was left alone, like now, to think. What even was the Stream Realm? Who else was there other than the Mystics, the ones who stayed at this Stream Realm twenty four seven? What was its ultimate purpose? Currently one particular question swam through his mind freely. What connection did Death Blade have to the Stream Realm? If this place was full of people who protected, then why would they send Death Blade to kill? To kill Zayne no less? Facts didn't add up. But that was beside the point, and General Mag knew it. No reason to go compromising his promises just for some answers to something he would never fully understand. Especially not with as much time left in his life as he did. Ver and Keith, the Mystic, they had their secrets. He had his. Everyone had them. Every man, woman and child on this planet and beyond has secrets, General Mag thought, it's just a matter of finding out who has the worst ones.

General Mag looked to the floor a few steps in front of him, remembering the lifeless bodies thrown to the floor before him on that screen one year ago when Death Blade broke free. He looked up to the place where the hole would have been if they hadn't fixed it. That gaping hole that was made by a stick for a robot, a robot with murder in his one red eye, and a lust for victory in his circuits. Mag turned to the camera in the room. It was turned off, he knew this, which was why he came here so often when he wanted to be alone. To think. To strategize. Remembering that night, those events that occured. Trying to think of how he could have handled it better. It fueled him, every time, to think harder, work even more, and win the most. He would not let another person under his command, whether they be MRaCD or Mystic or Dragon or Dino or Mythic, he would not allow another one to die because of his mistakes. Never again.

"Sir," a quiet voice called from the doors.

Mag turned to see his assistant standing in the door with a folder of papers, to which he gestured to come over and grabbed them, "What's this?"

"Four more sightings sir, and twelve more reports in the surrounding area. He's everywhere sir, no pattern to track him with either," the assistant explained as he flipped through the paper reports.

"This one, single robot is giving us so much hell and we can't even so much as find the damn thing!" General Mag replied in a sudden spurt of anger.

"Keith is leading several search teams to try and find or corral him into a local area, but so far they haven't had any luck. Eventually we'll get him sir, we just need to be like him. Patient," the assistant encouraged as he took the folder from Mag and began walking out.

General Mag took a deep breath and reflected on the words for several moments, then stopped his assistant before he left the room, asked, "What's your name again? You only just got here a few weeks ago so forgive me."
