How would Izuku react to his darling having a healing quirk and always checking up on him?
He would be so happy!!
Seriously, he would be over the moon about this. Izuku is the kind of yandere that just LOVES to be fussed over. He really wants you to care for him (in anyway but he especially likes this) so you being a healer and taking care of him just makes him feel SO loved. He'll be smiling like an idiot (and blushing a little bit too) as you heal any of his injuries, from a broken bone or bloody wound to the smallest bruise and cuts.
"You're so sweet, princess~"
He'll be smiling all the while as you heal him, thinking to himself about how lucky he is to have somebody like you in his life. So sweet and loving and gentle and perfect!! Izuku will really like this...maybe a little too much.
So he'll start making sure that he gets injured.
Nothing too big and nothing life threatening. Just things that'll make you worry and fuss over him. Things that'll get him sent to your care whenever he possibly can. It'll get to the point where he's in there frequently and he may even get jealous that you heal other heroes!
"You don't need them! You only need ME, Y/N!"
He'll eventually kidnap you so that you can be HIS little healer forever and ever.
(I can actually see this as being a way the Yandere! Izuku would start a relationship. You're just a healer and you're just doing your job...but Izuku sees it as SO much more. Certainly, it's him that you care about! Not just his injuries! But if he has to get hurt to be with you, well then, so be it. He'll deal with anything for his love~)
