Sweet As Sugar // Yandere Reactions.

 How would yandere Shoto, Bakugou, and Denki react to have a very sweet darling? A darling who is naturally quite affectionate and very understanding?

It was your sweetness that attracted Shoto to you in the first place. He secretly noticed the little things you did to make the world a little bit brighter and, well, he loved it. He loves all of it, every little bit of sweetness you put into the world. You stole his heart with your sweet nature and so...he stole you. And because you're so perfect, you still tried to be kind to him.

You try to understand him.

And nobody has ever done that before. Even though he kidnapped you and locked you up, even though Shoto wasn't always the best lover in the world...you were still so sweet to him. How can that be? How can one person be so...loving? You comforted him when he was upset, you showed him an affection he'd never been given before...He'll become addicted to it. And you feed this addiction, though you're rather unaware of it.

"I'm sorry...I'm so sorry..."

He'd gotten upset again and...you'd gotten hurt. It had been an accident and Shoto felt terrible..,but you told him that he didn't need to.

"It's not your fault, Shoto, I know that."

"Of course I forgive you."

"Come here, honey."

You're holding him, soothing his aching heart with your sweet words and soft touch. And for this moment, he feels so loved...

Shoto's reaction to a sweet darling is a more desperate one. Because you willing and naturally give him something he craves so badly, he'll become obsessed with you much quicker then he normally does. He'll kidnap you sooner (because he doesn't want anyone else having any of your sweetness) but he'll also treat you a bit better. He's still a strict and scary yandere but a sweeter darling is more likely to earn his trust and favor faster.

Bakugou thinks it's pretty strange thing-someone as rough and mean as him falling for such a sweetheart. You're always giggling and shit and wanting to cuddle him and to be honest...he'll pretend to be bothered by it. He'll act like you're some silly little thing and pretend like he's annoyed by it. Bakugou will act like he doesn't absolutely love your attention, like it's all some big hassle.

But you see right through that of course.

After all, if it was really such a problem, why would he take you away? And if he truly disliked it, he'd be punishing you for it. But he doesn't, does he? Because deep down, Bakugou wants that sweetness. He wants somebody who understands him, someone who loves him even though...he's kind of a mess.

And you're that somebody. You love that mess of a man.

"Katsuki...?"

"What now?"

He shouldn't snap. He doesn't mean to snap all the damn time, certainly not at you. But sometimes...it just comes out.

"Can we cuddle?"

His glare softens a little bit when he looks at you and he almost smiles. But instead, he rolls his eyes and quickly pulls you onto his lap. You're giggling, wrapping your arms around him as you snuggle into his embrace.

"Happy now?"

"Yes!"

Damn it...why do you have to be so sweet?

Bakugou's reaction is a dishonest one. He'll try to act like this all means nothing to him but...he doesn't pull it off so well. He actually loves the attention and affection. Still, by this point you're well behaved and you know your place. So you should no better then to tease him about it! A sweeter darling is actually a type he'll be pretty attracted to. Sweethearts and spitfires are Bakugou's types.

Denki loves having a sweetie for a darling! Your kind nature and gentleness make you the perfect girlfriend for him!! After all, he's the kind of guy that really enjoys you fussing over him all the time. Denki knew that you were in love with him from day one. Because why else would you be so sweet?

Sure, you're nice to everyone but...it's different, the way you treat him. He can't quite describe it but he can certainly tell. There's a special sweetness you only give to him and Denki craves it. He craves you, his sweet little lover.

He hasn't been visiting you as much as he should. But school is hard and Denki knows that you have everything that you need here at home...still, he just feels bad! But that bad feeling goes away the second he sees your smiling face.

"I'm back! And I brought you presents."

There's your favorite snacks (which earn him a hug), a little stuffed rabbit (which get him an excited squeal), and a new video game (which earn him a big kiss on the cheek).

"Denki! You're just the best!! But...I don't have anything for you."

He pretends to think, before telling you that a few kisses might just be the perfect present.

Denki's reaction is overjoyed. He loves, loves, LOVES how sweet you are to him. And because he's a bit delusional, he'll see it as you telling him that you love him. Even if you don't. The second you show him a little extra kindness, well, you might as well have confessed your undying love...because that's definitely what he heard!

Someone like this is the perfect victim darling for a yandere.

A sweet, kind, and understanding darling is more likely to fall into a yandere's trap...and less likely to be able to get out of it. Imagine a sweet little darling learning her place so quickly, making a thousand and one excuses for the yandere. It's just because they love her...they never mean to be cruel, they just lost their temper...they NEED her, that's why they're doing this...
