THE ADVENTURE [CHAP.19]

It's Monday already, and I'm back to my actual home. I woke up lazily and try to build my mood for going to school. I can't skip school because the final is in front of me, so I just deal with it.

The day passed quickly and I'm glad to return back home without any new homework. I did my un-done home works from the previous week and take a nap after it was done. I woke up around 6 and took a bath ASAP because my mum will need me downstairs. I helped her with dinner and eat together after my dad came home.

It was around 9 when I open my laptop and the Skype call appears.

There he was with the sleepy look and bag under his eyes.

"Jet lag eh?"

"Yeah, but it's not that bad. Just not get enough sleep, that's all."

"What time you arrived by the way?"

"Around 2 AM I guess, but I didn't Skype you straight cause I know you'd be in school."

"But everything's fine right?"

"Yeah, everything's 'kay. My mum said she'll meet you soon, same like Ai and my dad. I don't know what that means but I guess we'll go there soon, maybe this summer."

"Sounds cool. Have any plan about where would you stay?"

"I still don't know, but I guess my dad will rent a house or maybe penthouse or flat, I don't know."

"Cool, I can't wait for that."

"Yeah, same. Where are your books? Let's start the study, I don't want you to fail the finals and get bad grades."

That was what we do every night. Asking each other 'bout our up-dates then studying.

Sometimes my best friend joins us and I'd be facing two laptops because both of them Skype me, and I'll put the second laptop (the one that connected to my best friend) a little bit on my way, and also a little bit on the other laptop so he can see Luke.

Luke being the smart boy he is, explained every single thing with their detail and gave us so many tips for answering the questions.

Times passed a little too fast for my liking, and today already the last day of the finals exams. I did them pretty well I think and soon holidays are in front of us. 3months full.

The next day, I told him that I already got my holidays. And he told me that he'll arrive here at 24th May. Jordan's birthday. He also told me that he'll take holidays earlier than the other students, and he'll catch up once they were in holidays and his holidays finish. I can't say much so I just agree with him.

And it seems like this summer will hold so many memories. I really can't wait, if I be honest.
