Beanie

I got ready to go with Colby on a walk. It was winter time so it was cold. I was wearing an over sized white sweater, leggings, and brown UGGS. The sweater was thicker so I didn't need a jacket. I heard a knock on my front door and ran to answer it. I smiled in delight as I saw Colby standing there with the biggest, and cutest, smile on his face.

"Hi, Baby." I said happily while jumping up on him, wrapping my arms around his neck and my legs around his torso.

"Hi sweetheart. He said, hugging my waist.

I got down off of him and said "Ready to go?" He nodded his head and held out his hand for me to grab. I closed my front door behind me and we began walking down the street. It was snowing and everything looked so pretty. Colby and I talked about random things as we walked. Colby had on his gray beanie and I had an idea to mess around with him. I let go of his hand and snatched his beanie from his head.

"Hey!" He yelled as I playfully ran down the street with it. He chased me down the street as I flung his beanie around in the air, giggling uncontrollably. At one point I actually got kinda tired of running so I stopped and put his beanie on my head, then I walked turned around, waiting for him. As he caught up to me he grabbed me around my waist and spun around in circles with me lifted off the ground. He both laughed and he put me down. Once he put me down I turned to face him. He smiled as he looked at me. I smiled back and almost out of nowhere, he grabbed the sides of his beanie on my head and pulled me in and kissed me. I was in shock, but I wasn't complaining, I melted into the kiss and he let go of the beanie and he grabbed my hips. I got up on my tippy toes, putting my arms around his neck. After we let out of the kiss we just smiled.

"That was.."

"Amazing? Yeah it was." He butted in. I giggled and looked down. He lifted my my head up with his index finger and thumb. His light blue eyes pierced through mine. I smiled and blushed. He grabbed my hand and we continued on our walk. Eventually we made it back to my house and we said goodbye. I ran to my room to call my best friend, (B/F/N).

I went into my contacts and found (B/F/N)'a contact. I called the number and waited until (he/she) answered.

"Hello?"

"Guess who just kissed Colby for the first time?!"
