So welcome back. We start our story today with the beginning of first grade. now you may be thinking now " what the hell is so important in 1st grade that your including this." well buckle up bud because this story without a plot involves almost every grade that I've experienced. BUT what I was saying before I was so rudely interrupted by you, the beginning of first grade involved a teacher who was older than time its self and retiring so pretty much we were guaranteed a layed back year, little did we know we were wrong. that old bat was so uptight it was almost sad. But our story today is not about her. If it was then it would be about her constantly messing up my name and random grocery store enconters. But it's not. After a few weeks I made many friends, finally peaking my head slightly out of my turtle shell. Most friends forgot about us after the following summer ended or we drifted apart due to silence. A few stayed in touch longer than others. By the end of the year I managed to keep about 4 friends. So at recess I did what many child do and had a house game. Now as I mentioned it am not a normal person at the slightest, so our house game involved a single mother ( ooo topical and bold) and a daughter with a ladybug companion. Now considering I'm non binary and like animals better than people I was the ladybug. The mom was played by the one and only Sadoe and the daughter was one of the many Riley's in our grade. So we played this game on Monday Wednesday and Fridays, those days were some of the best days because for once I felt welcomed. Although on the other days we would go our separate ways. Sometimes we would play together. One time we made a rock garden and got left outside by our teacher for over an hour. The days we didn't do anything I would sit in the back and read goosebumps because why not. About 1/4 of the way through the school year this bitch named Katy( future me again- changing all the names for the next few chapters because Sadoes making me So enjoy frequent confusion) thought it would be funny to beat me up because I was a "nerd". Just like Alice did before she called me fat and ugly. The only thing uglier than her words were the things she did. On the occasion she would beat me up. The teachers just thought I was clumsy so they didn't help. Plus I was to scared to tell anyone so what was I do do than endore her attacks. Nobody really cared anyway though, my parents to busy with my little sister and their constant bickering not helped by their divorce. Around the end of the year we head a two hour delay and me and one of my friends walked into class at the same time, she had just taken a shower and looked so pretty with her curly hair non Frized in a bun. She bent down to put her clip on the charts for jobs. Her hair was in my face, it smelt so good. Looking back now that was the beginning of being the homoromantic aganda. At the end of the year we got cake. It was bad but it was cake so no one was going to turn it down. That year I had a ladybug themed birthday party. I was obsessed. I never had to deal with Katy again until middle school where she is now the bitch cheerleader stereotype. But that's a story for another time.
