Chapter 20

*Emma's P.O.V*

Me and Luke get to the apartments after 5 minutes of walking.

"Hey just go to our room. I will be up there in a minutes." I said and walks away. I run over to where my team is and as soon as I got there my coach was started to talk. 

"Ok, so our first game is in two days and I have planned a practice for tomorrow it's 11:00 to 1:00. Yes, it is long than normal, but we need the practice, so please be there" He said and we all nod.

"Ok all of you get to your rooms get rest it starting to get late" After he said that we all went lift and go to our rooms. I get my key to unlock the door, but before I can I feel someone tap my shoulder.

"What do you need. I need to get some sleep" I said hoping that they would leave. I turn around to see Ethan, Tobi, Harry, and the Cals.

"As I said what do you need, I need sleep"

"Is this your apartment?" Lux asked 

"Yes and what else do you need to know?" I said in a rush

"Why do you vape Emma?" Tobi asked with a sad expression

"That is information I'm keeping to myself sorry" I said as I pulled my vape out and looked at it

"Why do you need to get to sleep anyways?" Harry asked

"Because I have football practice tomorrow and I'm tried. So, goodbye" I said turning around and unlocking the door. I walk in and see Luke. 

"Hey Emma"

"Hey Luke" I said yawning

"Sorry I kinda listen to what  you were talking about, but why do you really vape?"

"I started vaping when I was really stressed because my parents were never home to help with school work in middle school and now. So, that made me get low grades, but now they are good, so don't worry. As soon has I got here in America I was bullied by my twin Liam and he would never leave me alone, so I changed a lot and people are now scared of me. However, I'm still very stressed out about every thing." I said and he look at me

"I have another question" He said

"What is it?" 

"Will you be my girlfriend?" he asked nervously

"Is this a prank?"

"No it isn't a prank"

"Then, yes I will be your girlfriend" I said smiling. After I said that he ran over and hugged me super tight.

"c-can't breathe" 

"Oh sorry" he said letting go of me laughing.

"Well I need to get sleep I  have practice tomorrow. Talk to you tomorrow"

*The Next Day*

I wake up to someone shaking me. I slowly open my eyes to see Luke

"Hey you need to get up you have practice and so do I" He said as I slowly get up

"Ok just get out I need to get ready" He walked out and I closed my bedroom door. I get changed in a sport bra, tank top, shorts, shin guards, socks, and finally by cleats. I walk out my room and to the kitchen to eat and I just got pop tarts. A few minutes later, I finish and I see Luke walk out of his room. Of course his hair is done as well. I smile at him and we get our soccer bags and leave the apartment. We have to walk or take a bus and we chose to walk. Me and Luke just talk until we get to the fields.

*Simon's p.o.v* 

Me and the guys need to film some more football videos for our channels, so we are going to the pitch (field). We get into cars and drive to the fields. We get there and we see a lot of high schoolers warming up, passing the ball and jogging around the pitch.

*Emma's p.o.v* 

Me and Luke wanted to jog around the field, so we are warmed up and ready to go. As we jog I see people with soccer balls and other thing, but I didn't look at it for long because our coaches yelled for us soo we can get started.

*Time skip*

About an hour into practice a soccer ball is kicked over by the people on the other side and of course I had to get them. I start to walk over and start to talk, but still looking at the ground.

"Hey can I have my ball back" I asked starting to lift my head up

"Yea sure here" A voice like Simon's said

"Thanks, but I really need to get back to practice." I said look up to see the guys.
