"Y/N? Y/N wake up! It's Christmas!" You opened your eyes to see Demi sitting next to you with the biggest smile on her face making you smile in return. "Good morning. Merry Christmas princess!" She kissed your lips before pulling away shortly after and grabbing your hand to lead you downstairs. Her family was already down there sitting around and laughing drinking hot chocolate. You two had invited them over for the holidays and they instantly agreed. They were really excited to be there and you were happy to have them there to spend the holidays with since you always spent thanksgiving with your family.

You smiled and greeted everyone before Demi sat down on the floor and pulled you into her lap making you giggle. They were handing out gift after gift, each one so beautiful and thoughtful. You hugged everyone before Dianna smirked to herself and cleared her throat to get everyone's attention. "Y/N there's one more gift for you under the tree." You furrowed your eyebrows in confusion but stood up and walked over to the tree, reaching underneath to grab a small box with grinch wrapping paper covering it. There was no name on it which made you even more confused but you opened it anyways. Inside you found a small black velvet box with an engagement ring in it.

You covered your mouth with your hand and turned around to see Demi on one knee, a smile on her face as her eyes began to water. You looked over to find that Dianna was filming on her phone and everyone else was standing up. "Y/N you are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I'm really fucking in love with you. Everyday I ask myself how I got so lucky to have someone like you. I don't know what I did to deserve you but I'm so fucking glad I did it. Growing up I wasn't sure what my future would look like and I still don't. I don't really know what will happen with my career and my fans in the future but I know that I see you by my side through it all. I love you so much. Will you marry me?" You wiped away a tear from your eye and nodded your head yes before throwing your arms around her neck as she stood up to kiss you, her family cheering and applauding in the background was all you could hear. You smiled as she took the ring out of the box and slid it on your finger. It was stunning and it fit perfectly. You smiled and looked deeply into your now fiancée's eyes. "Merry Christmas beautiful." "Merry Christmas Demi. Thank you for making my dream come true."
