"I'm not going without you"

After a tiring day at work there's nothing you want or need more than cuddles with Demi. You kicked off your shoes as soon as you stepped inside, your feet sore from being on them for the last eight hours. You blew out a breath and collapsed onto the couch, running your hands over your face and thanking the universe to finally be home.

You heard Demi walking down the stairs. Your eyes were closed but you were awake and you could tell that she was in her favorite pair of high heels. "Princess! You're home! How was your day?" She walked over to you and gave you a kiss on the forehead. You sighed deeply, opening your eyes only to find that she was dressed up. "It was tiring. Why are you all dressed up baby?" "You forgot? We're supposed to go to a party tonight." You groaned and shook your head knowing there was no way you were gonna be able to go. You totally forgot about this party one of Demi's close friends were throwing tonight. It's been planned for a couple weeks now and at first you were super excited to go, but you didn't think you'd be so exhausted after such a long day and not want to go.

"I'm sorry Demi, I don't think I'm up to going. I know I promised I'd go with you but I'm just too tired. You can go though if you'd like to." She giggled and shook her head, leaning down to kiss your lips softly making you close your eyes and melt right into her. "I'm not going if you're not going." She said when she pulled away from your lips, her fingers stroking your cheeks softly as she stared into your eyes. "Don't not go just because of me. You've been looking forward to this. You're all dressed up baby, you can go if you'd like to. All I'm gonna do is crawl into bed and watch Netflix." "And that sounds so much more fun that some party. y/n the only reason I wanted to go in the first place is because you were gonna go. If you don't feel like going then that is totally fine with me. Besides, there's nothing better than cuddling up in bed and watching Netflix with my favorite girl in the world." She kissed you again and this time you smiled in to it, her soft lips on yours making your heart do laps in your chest. "So I'm gonna go upstairs and change into my comfiest pair of pajamas and take off my makeup then I'm gonna crawl into bed with you and we can relax, maybe order some pizza or something if you're hungry. We'll just chill, alright?" You nodded your head and grabbed her hand that was held out for you, walking upstairs and jumping into bed.

Demi giggled at you before going into the bathroom to change and freshen up while you changed out of your clothes and into some night clothes. When you were finished you laid in bed with your eyes closed, jumping when you felt a pair of lips touch your skin. "Sorry baby girl. I didn't mean to scare you." She kissed your cheek and handed you the remote, letting you turn on whatever you wanted as you curled up in her arms.
