(Joey's POV)

It is currently Friday morning.

Yesterday when Melody told me she wasn't going to be able to tutor me because she had "plans" that she couldn't cancel I got kinda angry.

I mean I shouldn't  care she is just my tutor,and also a bet.

Turns out I have competition.

Asher that new kid.

He is getting way too close with Melody.

I can't let that happen.

If I don't win that bet, I'll be such a loser.

I have to win this bet.

After all these thoughts running through my head I finally get up from bed.

I go to my to restroom and do all my business.I go to my closet and grab my clothes.After I'm done dressing I grab my backpack and phone and head to the hell hole....

I mean school...ha.

I got in my car and drive off.

I parked at my spot.

Yes all football players have their own spot.

No one else can park here.

Before getting out my car I grab my backpack.

Once I get out I see a very smiley Melody going up to her annoying ass friend Chole.

I then looked to her left and see Asher staring at her.I didn't know I was clenching my fists until Ashton told me.

"Yo dude you good,you look mad since your clutching your fists"he said

I replied bluntly
"Yeah I'm good"

And I walked away

Why did I get mad?I am so confused.I mean.... I can't start caring or developing any feeling for her...Shes just my tutor and bet.

I am currently in English.

I hate English and Math.Honestly I hate every class.

I literally can't stand that new kid Asher.

Like what does Melody see in him?!

I'm way better looking than that guy!

If he keeps getting closer to Melody he's gonna make this bet harder than it already is.

I have to witness him being all nice and flirty with Melody.

Today was going great so far....well  besides Joey giving me glares from time to time.

But what I noticed that when he saw Asher he gave him a very angry glare.

Did something go on between them?

Yes I like Melody....a lot.

I mean who wouldn't she's such an amazing,funny,kind,gorgeous person.

The way she smiles melts my heart.I most likely sound like a girl right now but who cares.

I really really like her....

We are in lunch break right now.

I was going to go sit with Melody.

Not because I wanted to....you know, because of the bet.

Yea the bet...

That had to be ruined by the one and only Asher.

I can't stand him.

Fuck.

I see Melody laughing and smiling like crazy with him.
