(Melody's POV)

So I'm walking to Joey's house right now since it isn't that far.

After walking for 6 minutes or so I finally arrived at his house.

I was pretty nervous not gonna lie...

I go up to the door and start knocking.

His house looked really pretty.

After I knocked, a women opened the door.

She looked really pretty and young.She also looks a lot like Joey.

I'm  guessing it's his mom?

"Hey sweetie I'm Joey's mom,and I'm guessing you're Joey's tutor right?"she asked in a sweet tone

"Yes I am"I said with a smile

"Alrighty,come in.Joey is upstairs in his room.Just go to all the way to the end and his room is on the left."She smiled

I nodded with a smile

I went upstairs and tried my best not to drop all these heavy books.

I have to carry them since they won't fit in my backpack.

I walk all the way to the end like Joey's mom said.

I then turn to my left and knock on the door.

I knocked about 5 times already.

I then heard his mom yell from downstairs

"just go in sweetie he most likely has his headphones on full volume"she chuckled

I said"alright thank you"

"No problem"she yelled back

I just laughed to myself

I put my hand on the knob and started turning it.

Crap I'm really nervous.

I started to open the door.

I enter and see a sleeping Joey.

Damn I was just texting this kid like what 6 or 10 minutes ago and he's already asleep.

I wish I could go to sleep that fast.

His mouth was slightly open.

I giggled quietly at that.

He looks so peaceful sleeping.

I decided I was gonna leave....that was until Joey woke up.

Why you ask?Uh I may have tripped.....only me of course yay.I am such a clumsy person.

"Melody"Joeys said in a raspy voice

Oh my gosh.His voice was hot.

WAIT NO.

I JUST DID NOT SAY THAT.

"Uh hey Joey"I say after getting up from picking up my textbook

Joey looked at me and started laughing

(Joey's POV)
Honestly I got tired all of a sudden and fell dead asleep.

I was having such a good nap....of course until I got woken up....

thump

I heard

I looked over to see Melody on my bedroom floor.Oh my.....

"Melody"I say

"Uh hey Joey"she says after picking her book up

I then couldn't help but laugh at her.

"Heyyyyy"she pouted

Aw that was cute.

crap!

I did not just think that.

"I'm sorry but that was hilarious"I said trying to catch my breath

"Geez thanks"she said laughing

"So want to get started"I told her

"Yes"

It's been about 2 hours since Melody came.

"Hey I think I should get going it's getting pretty dark out there"She said

She can't leave yet....I need to know more about her...so I get can get closer to her and win the bet

"You don't have to leave right now,I can give you a ride home so you won't have to walk"I told her

"I don't know Joey"She said

"Oh c'mon Melody,we can watch some movies "I smiled

"Fine"she gave me a small smile

We were debating on what movie to watch.We ended up picking a show instead of a movie.

We already have snacks and drinks ready all there is to do now is put the show on.

I put the show on and Melody looked very into it.

(Melody's POV)

After Joey convinced me to stay he put on a show on Netflix.

It's called Lucifer.

Honestly this show is sooooooo good.

I then see Joey from the corner of my eye staring at me.

I decided to ignore it and focus on the show.

(Joey's POV)
Honestly this show was great.

I didn't know why I hadn't  watched this sooner.

After 3 episodes I started to get tired.

I feel something on my shoulder.

I look over to see Melody's head on my shoulder while she is asleep.

She looked so peaceful.

I smiled to myself.

I gently lay her down on my bed.

I went to throw all the snack wrappers and then turned the show off.

I don't know if I should wake her up.

I mean I don't think she'll get in trouble for not going home tonight right?

I decided not to wake her up and let her stay over tonight.

I pull my blanket over her.

I head downstairs to see my mom.

"So the girl"she smirked

"Nothing is going on mom she's only my tutor"I said

"Oh Joey c'mon you like her"she said smiling

Do I?

"No no no mom I don't"I said

Before she walked she said"she's a sweet girl Joey and let me tell you she's definitely the one so don't hurt her"

The one?

I shook my thoughts away

I head back upstairs and I then take off my shirt.

I don't like sleeping with my shirt on it's just uncomfortable.

I slowly get into my bed.

I then pull my blanket slowly over me not wanting to wake Melody up.

I then turn to Melody and started to stare at her.

She looked so cute.

God what is she doing to me?!

Then I wrapped my arms around her.

Shit.

Shes gonna wake up....

But she didn't she just scooted closer to me.

She was so small and fragile compared to me.

I then started drifting off to sleep.

I can't develop any sorts of feelings for her....she is only my tutor and bet.

Nothing else....
