"It's time to wake up dumbass"

I shot my brother a glare.I was having such a wonderful sleep ugh.I hate Monday's,and school.

I got off my bead and went to my bathroom and did my business.I then head downstairs.

"By time your awake"my brother Jake said

"I hate you"I mumbled

"I know you love me"he flashed a smile and laughed

I'm Melody.I'm 17 years old and I live with my brother,since my parents died 2 years ago in a business accident.

My brother is 3 years older than me,he can be overprotective in some cases.

I go to Greenhill Highschool.It's a rich private school.I rather attend a public school if you ask me.

I'm currently living in Texas.

Jake handed me some pancakes and I begin to eat while he went to walk our dog Max.

I get up from the table and go get dressed and make sure to brush my teeth again.

See, I'm a very simple person.I don't like to go all out.

I mean it's school, it's not like I got anybody to impress.

I'm pretty antisocial.I only have 2 friends.

They are quite popular....on the other hand..ehh..I'm not.

I'm considered the smart,nerdy,innocent girl.I mean I'm glad I'm not popular.I really like to keep my group small as you can tell.

Jake shouted from downstairs "hurry up before I leave you"

I rolled my eyes
and grabbed my phone and bag and jogged downstairs

I went to give Max my German Shepard a goodbye soft pat on the head before I left.I opened the door and got in my brothers car.

"Ready"Jake said

"Not really, but I guess"I said sighing

Jake laughed at me

Here we are,the place the most amazing place ever...as if.

I get out the car,say bye to Jake,and make my way to the front gates.

"Oh my god heyyyy"Chloe practically squealed

"Hey"I said with no emotion

We are totally opposites, but that is what makes us best friends hehe

"Girl you really need to cheer up"she said with a pout

"Yea yea"I said

"Eeeee"Chloe squealed

The most popular and admired boy made his way up to Chloe...Joey Birlem.

I decided it was gonna be akward if I stayed since they would be most likely flirting.

"Uh Chloe I'm gonna leave okay"I said

"Noooo you know how I get nervous, I  don't want to do anything stupid, please stay with me"she begged

"I guess"I sighed

Chloe flashed me a smile

"Hey Chloe"Joey smiled at her

"Heyy Joey"she says while twirling a strand of her hair

"You look amazing today"he smirks at her

"Well thankyou"she says

Chloe flashed Joey a big smile

I saw Ashton Joey's friends in the back of him avoiding the conversation and looked uncomfortable as much as I was.
