(Melody's POV)
It is currently 9 PM.

I'm at my house right now waiting for Asher to come over.

I can't believe Joey and I had sex.What if he tells someone?!

Jake barged into my room telling me Asher was down stairs

I let out a sigh and head to the living room.

"Hey Asher"I say

How I'm a gonna tell him the truth....

"Uh hey Melody"he said nervous

"What's wrong"I said

"Alright I'm just gonna come clean"he said
"I cheated on you"

I let out a sigh of relief although there was a hint of hurt

"Oh thank god"I say

"Wait what?"he asked

"Nothing"I said

"Did you do something?"he asked

"I also cheated"I said disappointed

"I know it wasn't right of me and I don't expect you to forgive me"I said

"Melody it's all good"he say with a chuckle

"Huh?"I asked

"Aren't you supposed to mad at me?"I asked again

"I mean I would if I didn't cheat on you also"he shrugged

"Oh thank goodness"I said

What I did still has me disappointed.

This isn't me.

I can't keep acting up.

I need to get back on track.

I am gonna go back to the way I was back then.

No more drinking,skipping school,reckless behavior...and start being the boring and invisible Melody.

"So we're over right?"He asked making sure

"Yes"I said

"We can still be friends"he said

"Yes of course"I said with a smile

I walked him up to the door.

"Goodbye Ash"I said

"Goodbye angel"he said as he walked away

(Joey's POV)
I am currently getting ready for school.

I throw on some black jeans and a solid white shirt.

I go over to my shoes and pick a pair of red checkered vans.

I go to my restroom and brush my teeth.I apply some deordeant and cologne.

I grab my phone and car keys and head to school.

Once I parked,I get out my car and start heading to the school gate.

"What's up man"Ashton said

"Sup"I say as we do the bro handshake

I turn around to see Melody walking up to Chole with a disappointed look.

Is she okay?

"So,how's it going with Melody?"Ashton asked

"What"I said

"The bet"he said

"Oh it's going great"I say

"Good luck man"he said

"Thanks"I say

I am at PE and we have free play.

I see Melody shooting baskets.

She's really good at shooting.She keeps making every shot.

I haven't seen Asher and Melody close today so that means they got in a fight or split up.

I make my way up to Melody.

"Hey sexy"I whisper in her ear

She let out a small squeal

"What the fuck Joey"she said

"What?"I asked

"You scared the hell out of me"she says

"Whoops I'm sorry"I say laughing

I move closer to her

"Stop Joey"she says

"What's wrong"I say

"Nothing,it's just that we are in class and there's a lot of people around us"she says

"You're scared"I smirked

"No I'm not"she says

I can't let Joey affect me no more.

"Us" can never happen.I need to tell him that I'm not okay with what we did,and that my emotions took over me.

I was very stupid for giving something valuable to Joey that I'll never be able to get back.

I wasn't thinking straight.

Yes I know again,I'm very dumb.

We were in chemistry and it was almost time to go home.

I made sure to keep my eye on the clock so I can get out this class fast.

After watching the clock for 2 minutes the bell rang.I notice that it started sprinkling outside.Man I tell you,the weather is so bipolar.

I rush out the classroom and start heading home.

"Melody"
"Melody!"

I knew exactly who is was....

I stopped and turned...Joey lightly jogged up to me...

"Hey what's wrong"he says

"Nothing"I say bluntly

Man I was so stupid.

fuck.

"Look you can talk to me"he says as he puts his hand on my shoulder

"Please Joey stop"I say

He just had a confused look on his face

"Look I'm just going to be straight forward.I let my emotions get the best of me.I never meant to actually sleep with you.It was all a mistake.I'm sorry.From now on I'm going to start tutoring you here at school.If you don't like that then I'll just tell Mr.Hadley that I'm done tutoring you.If you're willing to stay after school for me to tutor you then great.No more dates,hangouts,or any of that stuff.I'm gonna stay professional.I never meant for any of the things that went between us to happen.I'm sorry Joey."I say with a sigh

His expression turned into a mixture of anger and sadness.

"Fine"he said rudely

He then left

Oh god help me please.

I feel so bad...

I start walking home....

I see many people smiling and laughing having nice conversations around me....

The sprinkling has stopped,but it was still cloudy

Well I guess I'm back to my normal self....

I feel very weird..

I'm missing something.

I start overthinking stuff

When I arrive home I saw the cops and an ambulance....

I immediately thought about Jake.....
