(Joey's POV)
I told her....she didn't say anything back...she just walked away...

I told her my feelings for her, and she just left....

This is why you don't fall in love kiddos....

I'm laying down in my bed...I left school early..

I hear a soft knock on my door.

"Come in"I say and sat up

It was Melody

She gave me a small smile

She closed the door slowly

"I'm sorry"
"I shouldn't have walked away like that"she added

"It's okay"I say

"I was shocked"she says

"I could tell"I say

Then silence took over...

"I love you too"she blurted out

I shot my head up

"Wait what?!"I ask

"I love you too Joey"
"Oh my,I've been waiting to say that"she says

"Wait so the other times you told me you loved me,you actually meant it?"I ask again

"I did"
"I just made it sound like a friendly "I love you".So it didn't sound like I actually loved you"she added

"Hm"I say

"You're different Melody"
"In a good way.You're literally perfect"I added

"Oh my god,stop it Joey"she blushed

"What,I'm just saying the truth"I say

She just smiled at me

"You're the best"she says

I was sleeping until Melody started coughing like crazy.

I got up quickly and went to get her some water.

I handed her the glass of water and she drank it.

I woke up coughing like crazy...

Joey sat up quickly and got me a glass of water.

I drank the water and gave him back the glass cup.

"I'm going to use the bathroom"I tell Joey in between coughs

What the hell is wrong with me...

He nods at me

Once I get to the bathroom,I turn the sink on,and splash cold water onto my face.

I was still coughing a lot.

I then saw red specks on my hand...but I didn't pay much attention to it.

What the fuck?!

I let out a big cough.

I looked at my hand and it had blood on it.

I coughed up blood....

I quicky clean the blood off my hand and mouth....

I stop coughing..

I look myself at the mirror to make sure I didn't have any blood left.

Once I checked,I headed back to Joey's room.

"I have to go home,Jake messaged me"I lie

"Oh alright"he says

"Want me to take you home?"he asks

"No it's fine,thankyou"
"I'll walk"I added
