As expected our social media's had blown up over night since as soon as Ali and I posted we didn't bother looking at it. There were so many comments and likes, we couldn't keep up.Everyone expressed who gorgeous our little family was and how cute Esmaè was and I completely agreed. The photo was well received by everyone we didn't see one bad comment.
By doing this atleast we could go out as a family without being bothered so much for a photo of her.
We were so glad that everyone seemed to love her as much as we did, every comment was so kind and appreciated.
Ali and I both pretty much read most of the responses until the baby woke up.
....
We were on our way to the hardware store to pick up the paint we wanted for the hallway. Driving there went without any problems Es seemed to love riding in the car it was one of her favourite things. We decided to paint the hallway a grey colour as it would fit in with our furniture, like the shoe rack better.
But when I pulled the car into the parking lot that's when she started to lightly whine and make that 'I'm going to cry but without the tears' face.
"Oh what's wrong you don't like the car stopping miss grumpy?"
I turned to Alison "I'll take her in with me" I got out the car and went around to Esmaè's passenger door and opened it.
"Come on munchkin" I say unbuckling her from her car seat and in an instant as soon as she was in my arms her crys stopped, not that they were proper crys, there was no tears. I think she just wanted out of her car seat and with one of us.
Ali had dressed her in a white summer dress and she looked so cute it melted my heart.
I entered the shop and walked over to the paint to get the grey colour we wanted. On my journey over to the correct aisle, a few people turned their heads my way recognising me but I think them seeing that I was with my daughter made them not want to ask for autographs or photos.
I quickly realised that holding Es, I wouldn't be able to carry the two tubs of paint we needed for the hallway so I stopped a young employee walking by and she was all to kind and happy to help.
I followed her down to the check out making small talk on the way.
"I really think Murley deserves to be band from racing" she says to me letting me know she's a fan.
I move Es to my other arm so I'm able to look at her clearly.
"Same kiddo, same. Whats your name?" I response.
"Ashley" she smiles.
"Nice to meet you Ashley, thank you for the help"
She smiled widely "No problem"
We got down to the checkout, whilst we were waiting in the que Ashley asked for a quick autograph which I happily obliged. It was cute when she said that she didn't want to ask for a photo as I was with my daughter and I thought that was super sweet of her.
"Your daughter is so cute oh my god" the young girl behind the checkout said as Ashley helped me put the paint on the counter so it can be scanned.
I chuckled "Thanks. She loves her sleep" I look at Es in my arms "Don't you?" I ask her bouncing her lightly while she was busy pulling at the collar of my shirt with concentration written on her face.
The girl on the check out told me how much I owned her, I then handed over my card and paid for my items.
Ashley grabbed a hold of the paint to help take it to my car.
