Teenage Love (Austin Mahone Fanfiction)

Chapter 9

We walk back into the room to find all four staring at the door.

"Is everything ok?" Austin asks me as i walk towards him.

"Yeah everything's good." I say and smile.

It went quiet for a while and it felt weird.

"So what do you want to do?" Mary quietly said breaking the silence.

"Um how about we watch a movie?" I suggest.

"Yeah that sounds great." Austin agrees.

"What movie do you want to watch?" Alex asks.

"How about we watch a horror movie?" Robert sugests. 

"How about no!!!" Mary says.

I knew she was going to say that. Poor Mary couldn't even get through the begging of Halloween the movie she's that sacred.

"How about we watch White Chicks?" I suggest and I know that Mary loves that movie.

"Yeah let’s watch that!" Zach excitedly replied.

"Ok let’s go down stairs and watch it." Austin jumped up and said.

They all walk down stairs and I decide to stay behind. I couldn't help but think about Austin. What if Mary is telling the truth? What if Austin likes? I love Mary because she's always there for me, but I just didn't believe her when she told me.

"Uhh is everything ok?" Austin asks me interrupting my thoughts.

"Yeah everything’s good Austin, let’s go watch the movie." I say.

"Yeah sure but before we do that..." Austin hesitates, "There's something I have been wanting to ask you for a while now." He says nervously. I wonder what that is.

"And that is?" I say smiling at the ground.

"Um..", He's so nervous and his hands start to shake, "Marie I have liked for a while and uh... I um was you know wondering... if you would like to be my..." He stops and looks at the floor.

"You’re what Austin?" I say with a stupid smile on my face. He's so nervous about asking me out its actually cute.

"My uh... my my girl-f friend, my girlfriend. Would you like to be my girlfriend?" He finally manages to say.

I knew he was trying to ask me out but it still took me by suprise. I can't help the smile that's slowly creeping up on my face. I'm then interrupted by Austin asking me a question.

"Marie?" He says quietly.

I hear him but I can't answer him. I'm still so shocked that he chose me over the popular gilrs that he's friends with. Just then I notice out of the corner of my eye that he is looking down at the ground and he doesn't look happy either. I slowly put my hand in his soft cold hand and he instantly looks at me.

"Austin...", I say quietly, "Of course I'll be your girlfriend." I finish saying in a calm sweet voice. I couldn't help but laugh at how happy he looks.

"Yay!!" He shouts much too loudly.

 "Shhh." I say with my finger in front of my lips.

 "Sorry I'm just so happy." He says. He sounds like a little kid and it sounds so cute.

"Austin, can I ask you something?"

"Anything you want." He answers.

"Why me?" I ask.

"What?" He said confused.

"Why did you ask me out, when you could've asked out one of the 'popular' girls?" He sighs and sits on the bed getting really close to me.

"Marie, I like you because your you." He says.

 "Thanks..?" I say and he giggles.

"No listen to the rest." He says.

"I'm listening." I say with a smirk and he laughs.

"Marie I like you because you don't try to be someone you’re not. You’re beautiful, talented, you have an amazing smile and amazing personality. Your everything that a guy wants in a girl and I've also known you like nearly my whole life, and I've come to realise that you not just an amazing person Marie," He starts moving closer to me, " but you’re an amazing friend and I really like that about you." He whispers. I feel shivers go down my spine as he says it and before I could reply, he closes the gap between us with his lips.

The kiss is a pleasant feeling, my first kiss actually and it's amazing. His lips are so soft and they move perfectly in time with my mine. We break the kiss and I just stare at his beautiful eyes. He's so sweet and he's all mine. I bite my lip and look at the ground smiling. My thoughts were interrupted by yelling.

 "Austin! Where's the popcorn?" Zach shouts.

 "Popcorn?" I repeat.

"Yeah I told them that I was going to make popcorn..."

 "But instead you came up here and asked me to be your girlfriend." I say finishing his sentence

"Yeah pretty much, but it was worth it cause now I have the most amazing girl in the world as my girlfriend." He says as he pecks my lips.

"Well we better get down there before Zach starts World War 3 because he doesn't have popcorn." I say and Austin bursts out into laughter.

"Another thing, you’re really funny." He says in between laughs.

"Why thank you Mr Mahone." I say and walk out of the room. Austin chases after me and when he catches up to me, he pushes me up against a walk.

"What did you just call me?" He asks whispering.

"I said Mr Mahone. Is there a problem?" I say

"No." He says close to my lips.

"Good." I peck his lips and come out of his touch and walk down the stairs.
