Lucy's POV
3 months later......

I'm so happy that my pregnancy is almost over. I mean, this boy or girl had literally put me through hell. I've survived for this long though, and I only have one month left. Hopefully this last month isn't as bad.

I wake up with my back pressed against Natsu's bare chest. I get up and head to the bathroom to take a shower. I notice that I wet the bed. I guess I peed my pants? I mean what else could it be?

I get out of the shower and start to make breakfast. I decide to wash the sheets after Natsu leaves. When I finish the last blueberry pancake, I set them down on the table. Feeling accomplished, I sit down. I'm about to dig in when I feel a chin rest on my shoulder. "It smells amazing." Natsu purrs. I smile and pull his head down to give him a kiss on the cheek. Such an adorable idiot.

"You sure you'll be okay while I'm gone?" Natsu asks, worried. "I'll be fine. I only just turned 8 months, I'll be fine." Natsu shoots me a look then hugs me. I suddenly feel a small pain and flinch. Natsu pulls away, confused. "Luce? You okay?" "Yeah, it was just the baby kicking.... I think."
Natsu shoots 'the look' at me again. "What if it's not?" He asks. "Oh would you stop worrying, I- Ah!" I grab onto Natsu's arm as he holds me up. "Your definitely not okay. Should I get Wendy?" Natsu suggests. I feel another sharp pain and then think back to when the sheets were wet. Oh no...

That wasn't pee....

That was.......

"Omg Natsu I think my water broke!" I panic. He starts to panic to. "B-but I thought you were 8 months?" He asks. "I am but I'm most definitely going into labor." I say, shaking. Was I really ready to birth a child? "I'll go get Wendy, stay right here." Natsu leads me to the bed slowly and leaves, leaving me to scream in agony alone, great.

"Alright Lucy, on the count of three, we're going to start pushing, Alright?" Wendy explains as the panting mess known as myself nods. Natsu holds my hand and I get ready. "Okay 1, 2, 3" Wendy counts down and I push, feeling  like my organs are being pulled out of my body. "AAARRRGGHHHH" I yell. "Come on keep pushing.." Wendy assures me.

"Luce.." Natsu starts. "AASRGHD SHUT UP, YOUR THE REASON IM IN THIS MESS!" I yell/pant. (I got that from a book so if it sounds familiar, yeah)
Natsu holds his free hand up in his defense while his other is being squeezed to death my mine. "One more push Lucy! You can do it!" Wendy exclaims. I gather the last of my strength and push one more time. I hear the cry of a baby.

"It's a girl!" Wendy grins as she cuts the umbilical cord and cleans the baby. She wraps her in a blanket and hands her over to me. My eyes melt when I see her. Her gentle face and the tuff of pink hair sitting on her head makes me want to sob. "Hi sweetie" I coo. Natsu lets go of my hand and brings his arm around my shoulder, looking down at her. "Hi baby girl.." he whispers quietly, I can tell he's trying not to cry. "We're going to go on so many adventures, Nashi." Natsu grins. I look up at him. "Nashi?" I ask. "O-oh I was just suggesting it if you wanna.." Nastu stutters. I look up at him and peck him on the lips. "It's perfect." I hand Nashi to Natsu as I fall asleep.

I blink my eyes and see Natsu sitting on the edge of the bed. I guess my shuffling caught his attention because he looks in my direction. "Oh, your awake." I nod. "How long have I been out for?" I ask. "About 2 hours." Natsu answers. "Wait, where's Nashi? Isn't she hungry?"  "She's asleep. If she was hungry she'd be fussing right now." Nastu replies. "Wow, your smart for an idiot." I grin. "Shut up!" Natsu crosses his arms as I giggle. "You did good, I'm proud of ya." Natsu rubs the back of his head. "Thanks, I guess." Nasty grins and starts to speak. "Man, that baby must really want some of your blueberry pancakes." Nastu smirks. "Ugh, shut up." I groan as Natsu smirks.

I wake up again as I hear crying. It must be later because the room is dark. I look around to see Natsu gone. I slowly get up, and limp to the cause of the noise. "Hey baby, what's wrong? Are you hungry?" I coo to Nashi. I roll the cradle closer to the bed and get in. I then pick Nashi up to breast feed her.

"Don't worry.." I coo.

"Mommy's here"
