Your my inspiration

As I was doing my art project I saw Dianne in the corner of my eye watching me closely. Her eyes never once shifted focus from my face.
J"Take a picture reddo it lasts longer"
As soon as I said this Dianne grabbed her phone and jumped onto my lap, luckily I had put my art book down so she didn't jump on it. She cuddled into my chest and I wrapped my arms around her waist, she took a picture of us all cuddled up. I watched her as she set the picture as her lock screen, her home screen was a picture of a massive group of people, some which I recognized as her brothers and parents, niece and nephew but the others I had no clue.
J"Hay di"
D"Yeah"
J"Who are all those people" I pointed to her home screen.
D"That's my entire family, aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins you name it there probably there in that photo"
J"Oh makes sense"
Dianne wiggled of my lap and sat back in front of me so I could continue my project. I picked up my art book and pencil to continue my drawing.
D"So what's your project about"
J"The project is called, your inspiration. Basically I have to draw something that inspires me"
D"What did you choose to draw"
J"I can't tell you"
D"Suggy!"
J"You might think I'm cringy though"
D"Just tell me"
J"Fine... I choose to draw you"
D"Why"
J"Because reddo, you done something really scary and out of your comfort zone. You literally moved countries away from your whole family to pursue something. That takes a lot of courage, I definitely couldn't have done what you did but I'm so happy you did. I don't know what I would do without you reddo. I'm so proud of you, that's why your my inspiration. I love you so much"
D"I love you to suggy"
I put my art book back down as I see tears forming in Diannes eyes, I pulled her onto my lap and kissed the top of her head as she buried her head in my chest.
J"I can finish my project later, let's go to bed"
Dianne got up and went over to her wardrobe, she got out a pair of PJ shorts and a jumper that I'm sure is mine. She went into the bathroom to get changed, I put all my stuff into my bag and grabbed my joggers out of my bag, I quickly got changed into them. I hopped into Diannes bed and waited for her to come back into the room. After a few minutes Dianne came back into the room and ran over to the bed. She jumped under the covers and snuggled down into my chest. She tilted her head up so that she was looking into my eyes, she pressed her lips to mine, short but sweet. She then cuddled straight back into me I wrapped one arm around her back resting my hand on her hip, and the other arm I wrapped around her shoulder so I could play with her hair, I placed a gentle kiss on her forehead. We both fell into a peaceful sleep, or so we thought...

Hope you guys like this one, I ended on another cliff hanger and it's a shorter than usual sorry, I have a bunch of coursework I need to do.
