(Y/N)'s POV

"Shall we start?" Norman asked as he laid the cards in front of us. I felt my mind go hazy as I tried to collect my thoughts.

'Is he serious!? He's the prize!? Well, I can see why they consider this place to be too good to be true--' I smacked my face lightly.

'NO. This is freaking human trafficking! I need to get out of here...' I thought as I stood up from my seat with red cheeks.

"S-sorry, I just remembered. My friend might be looking for me, I need to go find them or else-" I excused but accidentally misstepped and lose my footing.

As I waited to be hugged by the floor, I felt two arms around me. I looked up and was met with two vibrant green eyes. She was one of the game masters beside Norman.

"You need to be more careful. We wouldn't want you to fall hard," she winked and I felt my words get caught in the throat.

"T-thank you..." I thanked and started to step back but I bumped into someone. It was the man with long dark bangs. He looked down on me with a curious gaze.

"S-sorry...!" I quickly apologized with a bow and ran away from the scene.

When I thought I was far away enough, I hid beside a slot machine and caught my breath.

'Welp, this place is just added to the list of places I'll never go back to.' I thought and sighed. I looked around trying to find (F/N). I spotted a familiar (F/HC) locks in the distance. I started to make my way to them and saw that they were chatting with the bartender. She had long blonde hair tied in a neat ponytail with small braids.

"(F/N)!" I called out, putting a hand on their shoulder.

"Oh (Y/N)! I'll talk to you later, Anna," (F/N) said giving the girl a hefty tip. The girl gave her thanks with a warm smile and left us.

"Where have you been?" (F/N) asked making an irk mark appear on my head.

"...You literally just- Oh, nevermind... Let's just go home," I said defeated and slumped to the seat beside them. (F/N) looked at my confused but shrugged it off.

"All right then," they just said and stood up.

The way back home was quiet. (F/N) was focusing on the road, and I was blankly staring out of the window. Neither of us had the courage to break the silence.
