(Y/N)'s POV

'No... No... What is he doing...?' I thought in horror as I watched Norman come back from the forest.

He was wearing a smile but his eyes were filled with dread. I gritted my teeth and balled my fists.

"Norman! Where have you been?" I acted as I ran up to him with a hug. Luckily, Mom didn't see me as a threat.

'You didn't really plan on hiding, huh?' I whispered as if the words had venom. He wrapped his arms around me and let out a sigh.

"I'm sorry..." he smiled, 'But please hear me out later in the infirmary,' I inwardly sighed as I let go of the hug.

'This better be good, Norman.'

'A cliff... huh?' I thought as I recalled our conversation in the infirmary as I aimlessly wandered around the halls.

"(Y/N)?" I heard someone call out and saw Phil looking up to me with curiosity.

"Yes, Phil?" I crouched down to his level with a soft smile.

"Are you okay? You know... with Norman leaving?" he asked worriedly as he touched my hand softly. I felt my heartache at his words but I kept smiling.

"...It will be a bit lonely... but I'm sure I'll be fine..." I lied. Phil suddenly hugged me and squeezed me.

"Don't be sad, (Y/N)! I'm sure Norman would want to see you happy when he leaves..." he comforted me and I felt tears run down from my eyes. I returned the hug as I tried to stop my crying.

"Thank you... Phil..."

"Geez... I got comforted by a four-year-old..." I slapped my cheeks as I went to my bed and waited for the time Norman was about to say goodbye.

As I looked around the bedroom, an idea sparked in my mind.

"Mom just needs a kid to get shipped... Right?" I thought out loud as I put on a brown fedora.

"Thanks for waiting, Mom." I kept a straight face at the woman as she looked up to me from the stairs.

"...Sure. Let's go, Norman." she smiled. I inwardly sighed in relief as I went down.

"Everyone's waiting."

"It's time, Norman." Mom said as she put the fedora back on my head.

"Okay, Mom." I smiled at her sweetly as I let go of Emma's hand and stood up.

"W-Wait!" Emma called out but I ignored her.

"Emma, calm down. I understand that you're sad, but you're getting too hotheaded." Mom said as she knelt to her level. She whispered something in her ear, making Emma put down her arm.
