ACT I: Merry Morning
When I woke up, I didn't expect to start my day with a broken window with shards of glass and a rock on my floor. I stood up on my bed and looked out of what's left of my window.
"Good morning! Sorry about your window!" Emma shouted as she nervously smiled. I sighed and shook my head at the girl.
"Give me 20 minutes and I'll be right out of the door!"
After I got ready, I quickly went out of the house and greeted Emma.
"Good morning, Emma," I greeted as I locked the door.
"Good morning (Y/N)! I promise I'll pay for your window..." she said determinedly.
"Yeah, that was quite a wake-up call," I joked, making the girl flustered.
"I-I was just trying to get your attention! You weren't answering your phone..." she pouted as she grabbed my arm.
"Yes, yes, sorry..." I apologized as I patted her head.
"So, what do you have in mind today?"
We arrived in an arcade and saw people already trying to win tickets or prizes even though it's still early in the morning.
"Let's try that one!" Emma shouted as she pulled me into a Dance Dance Revolution game. All of a sudden, my body shouted "Nope!" as we inched closer.
"Emma, you know I don't dance," I whispered as I felt conscious of dancing in public.
"Don't worry, you'll do great! Just follow my lead!" she urged as she squeezed my hand.
She put in the tokens and set up the game. Already, there was a bunch of arrows on the screen. I looked over to Emma and copied what she was doing.
