2nd Person's POV
"Guys..." you muttered as Norman wrapped your arm around his while Ray put his arm around your shoulders and Emma was on the side, enjoying the show.
"Yes, (Y/N)?"
"What is it?"
"Don't you think you're being... um... too close?" you reluctantly asked. The two boys slowly let go but stayed by your sides.
"Are you uncomfortable, (Y/N)?"
"Maybe it's better if you stick by my side,"
"No, I think it'll be best for them to be here,"
"I don't think so,"
"Boys!" you clapped your hands, catching their attention.
"Sorry..." they apologized in unison while Emma still seemed amused by the three of us.
You let out a sigh as you stood up.
"Let's get going, or we might miss curfew," you reminded as the three followed.
Norman and Ray instinctively held your hand, and Emma followed with a knowing smile.
'Well, it's better than nothing...' you defeatedly smiled as the four of you walked back to the dorms together.
"Hey, (Y/N),"
"Yeah, Emma?"
"What do you prefer, day or night?" she innocently asked, but you saw a hint of mischief in her eyes.
The question caught the boys' attention too.
"I don't think I have a preference for them. Both times have their own strengths and weaknesses," you vaguely answered, making Emma pout.
"Then what do you like about them?"
"Well... during the day, you can go outside and play under the sun, while during the night, it's calm and serene, and we can sleep peacefully," you earnestly answered.
"You're no fun..." she sighed. You shook your head at her and continued to walk.
At dinner, you calmly sat down as Norman and Ray quickly took the seats beside you while Emma sat in front of you.
The other children only glanced and continued on their way since this was practically an everyday thing at Grace Field.
"Are they doing it again?"
"Yep,"
"It's nothing new,"
"Just keep going, kids,"
Miss Isabella only shook her head as you all took your seats.
"(Y/N), you have some food on your cheek," Norman took a handkerchief as he wiped away the food.
"T-Thanks..." you muttered, blushing at the gesture and making the other boy jealous.
"You also have some crumbs over here," Ray pointed out as he licked it off, making your heart burst.
"Hey!"
