Chapter 25

Vegeta's P.O.V

Before I can get to her, she jumps out of the pool.

"I'm going to get us some punch."

"Chicken!"

She just giggles in response. I go to the edge of the pool and pull myself up, my feet and legs still in the water. The blonde girl, Launch comes over to me sits by me, pressing pretty close to me. I sigh in disgust. She bats her eyes at me. She starts to stroke my arm.

"What are you doing by yourself, Mr. Hottie?"

"Unhand me, Woman!"

She chuckles seductively.

"Aw, don't worry," She cooed. "I'll keep you company."

I glare at her. I put my hand on her shoulder, about to shove her when someone comes from behind.

Genesis's P.O.V ( when she left to get the punch )

I just giggle at him calling me chicken. Oh well. I go over to one of the tables with punch bowls. I grab two cups and fill them with fruit punch. Putting the spoon thing back in, I turn around, happily humming to myself. What I see sends a painful shock in my chest. Launch was flirting with Vegeta and had her hand on his arm. A strong, negative feeling surges over me. It's jealousy. Man I hate jealousy. But right now it seems to be the only feeling I have. Slightly irritated, I walk over to them, unable to stop myself. Walking up behind her, I push her forward, sending her into the pool. Vegeta looks over at me with a goofy little grin at me. My face flushed with embarrassment, shame quickly descends upon me. She breaks the surface and glares at me.

"What was that for, Genesis?!"

"I'm so sorry."

Turning to Vegeta, I smile sheepishly. I hand him a cup of fruit punch.

"Thanks, Genesis."

I blush at the suggestive look Launch was giving us.

"No problem, Vegeta."

"Sorry to interrupt the little love fest, but are you two a thing?"

We both look at Launch with shock.

"We're not dating!" We both exclaim, our faces flushed. She smirks.

"Could've fooled me."

We look at each other, blush, and look away. At least Launch wasn't mad.

And that's the end of chapter 25. Again, sorry it's so short. Well, what do you guys think of that chapter? I hope you all liked it. I think my favorite part was when Genesis pushed Launch into the pool out of jealousy. Very unlike her. Things are about to get interesting! But I will say no more. Ha ha. Keeping you in suspense. I just love it. Welp, lets continue on to chapter 26!
