Vegeta x Genesis

Chapter 28

Vegeta's P.O.V

Yawning, I sit up. I throw the covers off and get out of bed. My stomach growls hungrily. I leave my room and go to the kitchen. I find Bulma, suffering a hang over, sitting at the table, and Genesis cooking. I remember last night and start to blush. Bulma notices me and narrows her eyes at me.

"Are you just going to stand there all day or what?" She snaps. I glare at her. Looks like someone was in a bad mood. Geez. Annoying Baka. Genesis turns and, noticing me, smiles apologetically.

"Sorry about her, during a hang over she gets to be, uh.."

"Bitchy?" I finish for her. She nods.

"Yeah. I just didn't want to say it."

I chuckle at that. That's Genesis for you. Too sweet for her own good. She goes over to the table and sets down a plate piled with bacon. She sets two more plates piled  with bacon. Then she grabs two plates piled with hash browns. She grabbed a third plate piled with hash browns. She takes off the apron she's wearing and grins.

"All right, eat up guys."

"What about you?"

"I made myself some food before I started on the food for you and Bulma."

I nod. Makes sense. I go to the table and sit down. A plate already there, I start to pull it up with food. Before I know it, all of the food is gone. I look over to see Genesis wearing a humored expression on her face. She laughs, her cheeks turning pink as she chuckled with embarrassment.

"S-Sorry. I just find it funny how fast you Saiyans eat."

"It's fine."

I get up and put my dirty dishes in the sink. Bulma just gawks at me. I glare at her.

"What are you looking at, Woman?" I spat. She rolls her eyes.

"You, since you never put your dishes away when me or my mom cook!"

I arch a brow at her and smirk.

"That's because you are my slave. And your mother always offers to do it."

Smirking to myself, I walk out as she starts to yell at me.
