Senkina looked around at the villages that they walked through. They all were roughly the same size and all had mini houses were made of a blue bamboo. Their square frames lined the "road" very neatly like someone had placed them like dominos. The villagers looked like the people from the meadow. They were of different shapes, sizes, and ethnicities. Their strangely colored hair puzzled Senkina but she dare not speak.
In what felt like two hours, the palanquin was finally set down. The squeak of the hidden door ripped through the uncomfortable silence that fell upon the crowd. Out of the space, just big enough to fit two teenagers, came the teenage girl, her braids not having a strand out of place.  She started to make noises, that sounded like if an Italian tried to speak Russian and German at the same time, at the group from the meadow. They went in different directions doing different tasks. Senkina then realized that this girl that could not be any older then her, was commanding the group.
When the girl was done assigning tasks she turned to Senkina with a smile, trying desperately to look friendly.
The girl in a proper British accent said, "Follow me. I need you to meet someone."
Senkina followed the girl, "What is your name?" The question fell out of Senkina's mouth like it was a piece of burnt chicken.
"My name is Lyllan." The girl robotically responded.
Lyllan led Senkina to one of the square blue bamboo houses with purple roses planted around the house. Lyllan pushes the flap out of the way so that Senkina could walk in. When she stepped in, a pink fog fell on her. The fog consumed her, filling her lungs, but it didn't choke her. Rather it filled her lungs, like oxygen did after you swam.
She walked through the fog until a door frame appeared. Senkina walked through the door frame cautiously. It was like she was blind again, feeling the wall. It was was smooth and smelled like metal. She followed the wall until the floor seemed to disappear. She put her foot over the end and felt another step. She cautiously kept going making sure there was another step in front of her.
When there were no more steps, the giant cave lit up its liliac flames. The cave was at least 30 feet up, 100 feet across. She couldn't tell where the cave ended. The cave was not empty, it was filled with beds. They were a range of different colors.
On one of these beds, a figure lied. It shifted a little, then sat up looking over to Senkina. It was a boy. His blue hair was curly bedhead hair. It was long on top and short on the sides. His blue eyes pierced her. When he seemed to process what he was actually looking at he stood up and walk over to Senkina. He stuck his hand out to her.
"I'm Leon Oskaur. What might be your name?" The boy in a polite British accent asked.
"I'm Senkina. Where are we?" Senkina responded, shaking his hand.
"Do you mean the cave or the land?" Leon Oskaur questioned.
"Both, I guess." Senkina shrugged.
"This land is not on Earth. We are on a completely different planet. This planet doesn't really have a name. This cave is one of the places that hides people like us." Leon Oskaur calmly explained.
"What do you mean people like us?" Senkina asked.
"Well, people from Earth. There used to be more here but there were too many of us in one place. So they moved us all around. Well, from what I know, some of them got abducted by Our Leader. But most are safely in the Nacka region." Leon Oskaur continued to explain.
"So many questions. First, how many people from Earth are here? Second, how did we all get here? Third, who is Our Leader? Fourth, why were they abducted? And fifth what is the Nacka region?" Senkina confusingly asked.
"One question at a time next time." Leon Oskaur responded.
"Sorry." Senkina apologized.
"Ok for the first question, there was 100 people from Earth. The second, I don't know that one you can ask Lyllan when she chooses to grace us with her presence." Leon Oskaur answered just as the girl, Lyllan, came in.
"You called." She sarcastically remarked.
"What took you so long?" Leon Oskaur questioned.
"I had to make sure that the detection systems were still intact." Lyllan remarked.
"Ok, well do want to help me catch up our new prisoner." Leon Oskaur angrily responded.
"What has she asked?" Lyllan asked ignoring his comment.
"She asked how we got here, who is Our Leader, why were those kids abducted, and what is the Nacka region." Leon Oskaur listed.
"Ok," Lyllan responded turning to Senkina, "you got here through a portal. The portal can only allow one person from this world to go get one person from your world who's protection was weakened. The reason those kids got abducted was because Our Leader needs people like that you for something. It is not known what for yet. The Nacka region is just one of the sections of this planet. Don't worry about it much. Any other questions?" Lyllan rambled.
"No." Senkina quietly replied.
"Good, we don't have time for anymore questions." Lyllan commanded, "I must make sure that all spies have reported back. Leon Oskaur show her the ropes."
"Fine. But you better not go away for a day again." Leon Oskaur patronized.
"I won't. I'll be back before the sky turns blue." Lyllan called back as she left.
Leon Oskaur's hair now had hints of red that stood out from his blue hair. He turned to Senkina. He motioned for her to follow him. She followed him to where he had laid when she first saw him. He pointed to the seaweed green bed next to his.
"This will be your bed. I want to make sure that if someone finds us they wouldn't see you." Leon Oskaur explained.
"How could they not see me?" Senkina asked confused. Leon Oskaur was not that big of a boy, in fact he was very skinny.
"This bed has an enchantment that will keep you invisible if an enemy arrives." Leon Oskaur explained.
"Enchantment, like magic?" Senkina sarcastically retorted.
"Why yes. Every bed is magic, they all do something different when a enemy appears." Leon responded seriously.
"What does your do then?" Senkina asked, pointing to his daisy yellow bed.
"Mine warns me when enemies arrive." Leon Oskaur replied soaking in the attention he was getting.
"So if our beds are magic, are there wizards or some kind of magic wielder?" Senkina asked, her anxiety of this world slowly fading.
"No, we get magic from some plants. We can only really make potions. So how is Earth now?" Leon politely asked, with his British accent made him sound like a butler.
"It is going in the trash. How long have you been away from Earth? I might have heard about your kidnapping." Senkina asked, trying to figure out her strange new world.
"I don't know how long it's been but I'm from 1928. What year are you from?" Leon Oskaur answered with some hesitation.
"Oh I'm from 20.. 16? Wait you are from 1928? How are you so young? How are you alive?" Senkina questioned.
"This world is very noticeably not like our world so I'm thinking that time works differently here. That and the time resets every year here. So that the people here don't die of old age. It's part of Our Leader's plan." Leon Oskaur explained.
"Ok. Fantastic I could be stuck here for a hundred years." Senkina vented to herself. She was tired from her little adventure. She just decided to lay down. Her sleep deprived brain had other plans. She fell asleep when she hit the pillow.
