Sorry for any spelling mistakes! This is (again) not edited!

Remus's POV

As I stepped out of the castle I was hit by the soothing smell of pine needles and smoke.
Fog gathered at the tips of the trees as the whole school walked towards the Hogwarts express.

"Once we get to platform 9 3/4 my parents should be waiting outside the wall." James told us as we stepped onto the train.
"Alright, I still cant believe were all spending Christmas together." Sirius answered with a grin on his face.
"Its gonna feel wired not getting off to go with my parents." Pete added.
"Your lucky you heard back from your parents." I told him in a glum tone of voice.
"Don't worry about it mate, I'm sure it was just the post messing up!" James answered.

I stared at him, "You do remember what my dad is like, right?" I asked him  sarcastically.
He gave me a wired look before sitting down in the trolley we had found,
"What do you mean?" He asked innocently.
I froze.
"Why would you ask that? My dad... you know what my dad.." I said while trying to make a sentence.
"Come on moony, I think you need something to eat, your not making much sense." Sirius told me, grabbing my arm to pull me into the seat next to him.

Quickly I pulled myself out of his grasp and stumbled back into the hall,
Hitting my head on a door frame as I went.
I tugged my fingers though my hair as I shut my eyes tightly, only to be met with a dark sensation and blinding pain.
Then I shot up off the dormitory floor.

"Wha...?" I asked quietly as I looked around.
It seams I had been dreaming and fell out of bed in the proses.
I let out a sigh of relief as I stud up.
Why would I have a nightmare about that? Why am I so scared they wont remember everything I told them? What is the-

"Remus are you ok?" a familiar voice asked.
I looked over at a sleepy Sirius still bundled up in his duvet.
"Did I wake you?" I asked with a hint of guilt hidden in my voice.
"Naw I was just lying in bed waiting for yo guys to get up." He answered.
It was then that I noticed the bags hanging low under his eyes
"Did you sleep at all?" I asked as I made my around my bed to sit next to him on his.
"Not really..." He trailed off.

I stared at his tired face, he seemed to have been thinking about something awfully hard, I could tell by the way there were stress lines creased into his upper brow.
I frowned, "Hey, Is everything ok?" I asked in a gentle voice.
He sighed before turning to look me in the eye,
"Not really, no." was his answer.
I bit my lip in anticipation, waiting for him to continue, but when he didn't I pushed a little further.
"Whats wrong? Do you want to talk about it?" I leaned towards him.
"In a bit moony, I promise, but right now we have to pack for James's house." He told me with a smile, all traces of anxiety suddenly gone.

I smiled back as we both stud up and went to different sides of the room to pack.
But as soon as my back was turned my smile fell, and all I could think of was what could possibly be stressing Sirius out so much

Once we had gotten off the train and onto platform 9 3/4 we met with James's parents.
They were really nice people, insisting upon hugging us all before we got to the car.

The actual car ride was quite entertaining. Sirius had never seen a car let alone be in one, so once it started to drive he was quite mesmerised.

"Mate, how have you never been in a car before?" James asked but I'm sure immediately regretted it when his ribs were met with his mothers elbow.
"Ow! Mom what was that fo-" His sentence was cut off with another elbow to his side.
"I'm so sorry my dear! My son can forget his manners sometimes." Ms. Potter exclaimed dramatically.
Peter and I snickered in the back seat.
"If you want you can roll the windows down, it feels a little stuffy in here." Mr. Potter told us.
I nodded, then I pushed the button on the door.
I watched as the window slowly unravelled its self, a gust of fresh air pushing my hair out of my face, drying out my eyes in the process.
I turned away from the door to be meet with Sirius's face inches away from mine.
I could practically feel my entire face turn into a tomato as our breaths lingered against one another.
I sucked in a breath as I cautiously looked up at Sirius's eyes.
And to my relief he was quite to busy staring out the window to notice me.
I let out a sigh before smiling and gently pushing him back into his seat by the shoulder.

"Its not safe to be standing on your knees like that." I told him, my face finally coming back down from its original high.
"Aw come on moony your not being fair."
"Moony?" Ms. Potter asked.
We all stopped what we were doing and looked at her slowly.
"Uhh ya... its his nickname.." James told her.
"Oh that's sweet! What are the rest of yours?" She asked.
"We all looked at each other for a minute, trying to find an excuse that would work.
"Well we call James... Prongs." Peter told them.
I gave him a confused look, he then pointed with his eyes over to a bill bored that had an advertisement for cooking on it.

I held my hand over my mouth to stifle my laugh.
"Ohh that's neat! Like the stag right?" she asked.
"Umm, ya like the stag." James answered.
The he got a devilish smirk on his face and started to play along.

"Ya and Pete is Wormtail, Sirius is Padfoot, Remus is moony, and im Prongs." he continued.
"What strange yet delightful names!" Ms. Potter told us as we pulled in a drive way to a house that I could only assume was theirs.
"Here we are boys! Home sweat home!" Mr. Potter said as he opened his door to get out.
The rest of us followed his example and got out of the car, heading to get our things from the trunk after we had stretched out our legs.

"I kind of like the nicknames we made in there." Sirius told us once James's parents had gone inside.
"Ya me too! We should keep them!" Peter added.

After we had gathered all are things we made our way inside.

This is going to be one hell of a vacation.
