Hey everyone, thanks for the kind wishes and support on my last chapter! This one has a lot of things that are finally found out and some answers are given so as always I hope you enjoy!

The next morning Sirius did as he said that night, filling in the rest of the marauders about what he thought was going on over breakfast. There were holes in his story, he knew that, so of course the possibility that he could be wrong was present in his and the rest of their minds.
"We can set up a plan, if over the summer you're parents try anything we'll have an escape route ready for you to come to my house or the school." James suggested, Remus liking the thought of that a lot more then nothing. Something about Sirius being alone in that house at the complete mercy of his parents didn't sit right. He'd always thought they were a tad off, as in they seemed much more ominous then he'd expected, that is going off Sirius and his brother alone. They had to interfere, there was no way around it. And, as it happened, the Marauders were excellent at interfering.

"I like the sound of that." Sirius said with a weak smile, glad to at least have something in the back of his mind to make him feel safe. They had to work out how of course but they had the whole year to do so so it shouldn't be an issue.

Remus looked towards the Slytherin table, spotting Regulus easily out of the crowd having breakfast with the lot of them. The boy seemed to sink into himself, not having much confidence was part of it but maybe that wasn't all. Maybe he knew something they didn't, Sirius himself had said that his parents tended to favour his brother, if that meant telling him things they didn't Sirius it could be useful.

Looking back to Sirius Remus mentally sagged, there was no way he could ask him if talking to Regulus was a good idea. It would upset him and he knew Sirius would say no, but what he didn't know couldn't kill him.
Forcing the rest of his breakfast down his throat Remus stood abruptly and grabbed his things, not minding the looks from the rest of the hall at the noise and interruption.

"Where do you think you're going?" Sirius asked, a tad teasingly but with real curiosity.
"Not feeling well, going to the hospital wing." Remus said, trying to keep his face unreadable but he didn't need to. He'd always had a bit of a sickly look to him, especially since he'd grown taller and now held a frame of a malnourished teenager. It didn't help that he loved such old sweaters that hung off him rather then fit.
"Moony sick or sick sick?" Peter asked, raising an eyebrow to get the message across though it wasn't needed. James giving him a light kick under the table to tell him to keep his voice down.

"Normal sick, I'm fine. See you later." Remus answered, turning his back quickly to start making his way to the dorm. He knew where he'd need to find Regulus, strangely he often hung out in the library when he wasn't following the other Slytherin's around like a lost puppy. So at lunch that was his best bet. Though he needn't go far now as said boy stood in the hallway behind him, having followed Remus out.

"What is it?" Remus asked, cringing slightly. He didn't want to start off saying that. In fact he wanted to write it all out four times before he even came to Sirius's younger brother, he didn't even know what to ask him.
"Snape said you needed to ask me something, what was it?" Regulus said, this causing Remus to frown slightly. How had Snape known that?
"Get on with it then." Regulus prodded again, giving him a light glare as if to show his urgency to go back to breakfast.

"Do you know something about what happened over the summer?" Remus asked finally, spitting the words out quickly. He wasn't sure that was clear but there wasn't anything that could be done now, Regulus looked rather disgusted really.
"What you mean about Sirius? And you?" He added, looking hazily like he'd rather die then speak about this.
"What?" Remus said stunned, he didn't understand. What about this had anything to do with him.
