Luke's P.O.V

I turn over in the bed to face Marie, I have been up for five minutes now thinking about what we should do first today. I move some hair out of her face and then I push myself up from the bed and stretch every muscle in my body. Then I get up and walk to the bathroom. Shit I still don't have any clothes. But I do have all my bathroom needs, I called ahead last night before we boarded the plane and asked the hotel staff to stock my hotel room with everything you would possibly need or want. I took a quick shower and just put my dirty clothes back on. I walked back into Marie's room when I was done brushing my teeth and hair. Good, she's not awake yet. I quietly walk into the living room to call for room service. I just ordered one of everything since I have no idea what she will be in the mood for. A few minutes later I heard a quite knock at the front door, so I put down the activity book that I was reading and went to answer the door.

It was the same man from last night, damn, when does this dude sleep? I ask myself. I hand him a twenty as a tip and tell him thanks. He says that he will be back for the cart later today, so I nod to that and close the door as silently as possible. I push the cart to the kitchen and decide to bring Marie a little of everything. So I make her a plate with everything on it, a glass of orange juice, a cup of coffee with cream and sugar on the side and some water. I put it all on the tray that I found in the kitchen cupboard and carefully walked to Marie's bedroom. I put the trays legs out on the bed and then grabbed a piece of bacon and held it right in front of her nose to wake her up. She sighs a happy sigh and then picks her head up and takes a big bit out of the piece of bacon without even opening her eyes.

I laugh at her and then say "Good morning. I brought you breakfast." I finish with a happy smile. She sits up in bed and then stretches, after shes done she looks over at the tray hungrily. "Wow, you cooked all this for me?" She says jokingly as she grabs another piece of bacon. "Uh.. Yeah, I sure did." I say sarcastically. She laughs at me catching the sarcasm in my tone. "So what are we doing today?" She asks as she chews on a cinnamon bun and then looks up at me excitedly. I look at her with a smile and answer "Well if it's okay with you, I would like to get some clothes." Then I look down at my clothes and pull at them. I hate wearing dirty clothes. She laughs at the disgusted look on my face and then grabs the orange juice and takes a sip before answering me back. "Yeah, sounds good to me. I want to check out the fashion here anyway."

And with that she gets out of bed and heads to the bathroom. "I'm going to take a quick shower, while you look for things for us to do around here." She sends me one last smile and then she closes the door. Once I hear the shower come on I grab a piece of sausage and toast and then leave the rest on the bed. I walk back into the living room and over to the end table beside the couch. That's where I see a guide about places and where to go and what to see. It even has reviews about each item on the list, awesome. I pick it up and take it to the bar in the kitchen. I pour myself a coffee with real Irish cream in it. And then I put a cinnamon bun and some bacon on a plate and then sit down at the kitchen table and read it.

Experience Dublin as locals do: Despite its unsavoury reputation in past years, Temple Bar is one of the city's most charming neighbourhoods and residents are trying hard to keep it that way. Cobblestone streets, bars, cafés, art galleries and architectural splendour harmoniously blend with old streets capes and eco-friendly schemes. Among the cultural attractions are Dublin's only art-house cinema at the Irish Film Institute the Gallery of Photography and the Project Art Center

Marie would love the Gallery of Photography, I think to myself. And I'm sure I can find a clothing store near it. I keep reading

Sip a perfect pint at Kehoe's: If all you came to Dublin for is the Guinness, then camp out at Kehoe's The bar's friendly staff keep the mugs full and on a busy night the crowd huddles around the stairs - neighbourhood tavern style. The elegant wooden fitting has an old-school character and the snugs are delightful, which makes drinking here a rich experience. But a word of advice, the bathrooms are to be avoided if you fear small spaces.
