Vanessa's POV:

I still couldn't believe what happened just 6 months ago and it still feels like it's been only days. My sister my own sister, the one who practically raised me. You probably asked why I know that. Well I know it because WCKD gave back my memories.

They probably thought I would betray my friends who were family, like my sister did. But I didn't and I couldn't and I never would do so.

And now Minho, Aris and Sonja are taken by them. Thanks to my bigger sister. I can't describe how I really feel about it. I mean I love my sister but at the moment I really hate her and I wish that I wouldn't have to see her.

Sonja, Sonja, her name always repeated inside my head and tears were brimming in my eyes. After we arrived at the right arm base everything changed. I saw her and old memories of us came back.

Memories long forgotten because of WCKD. And again I felt such an indescribable hate towards WCKD and my sister. Pictures of Sonja and I holding hands, sitting under a tree talking and more memories came flooding back everytime I thought of her.

I ran back to where Thomas, Newt, Vince, Brenda and the other were planning on getting Minho and our other friends back. We had a plan and now we have to go through with it.

The plan still needs some work but I'm sure it all will work out. It has to. I want to have my Sonja back. Wanting to hold her tight and not ever letting her go again. And maybe we even could change my sisters mind and get her to see what she had done to us.

It felt like hours but it were only mere minutes. But too long for me. I needed to get that off of my mind for now. I need to have a clear mind or I won't be any help to the others.

Everyone had their own positions and as everyone reached their positions we waited for the train to come by so we could put our plan in action. My position was behind a bush next me was Newt.

He was my best friend since we got out of that damn maze months ago. We practically went through everything. He saved me from those cranks as the attacked us and I saved him.

But now back to reality. The train came by and the next him heard how a BERG came and it followed the truck where Brenda and Jorge were sat in. Well that's a good thing. Because that was a part of our plan.

So we waited until Thomas gave us the sign and Newt and I came running towards the train with some other kids behind us. Now our task was to find Minho and the others and bring them back to the save haven.

Newt started doing his part of the plan and I joined Vince and Thomas, shooting at the coming guards. They were coming faster than we thought. But we kept shooting anyway.

After some time Newt was finally done and Jorge and the others arrived with the berg. The rest of us were cheering and we climbed onto the train container and bound it to the berg.

As everyone was on that container the berg pulled us up and we were flying back to our hiding place. Back there we were set down.

I was one of the first to climb down and open the door to the container. Once it was open I ran inside and looked for Sonja. As my eyes found her I quickly made my way towards her and hugged her and Aros tightly.

Newt and Thomas were still looking for Minho but as they couldn't find him they first helped the others get free and then we all went inside the camp and looked after our friends and the kids we could save. We gave them blanket and towels so they could wash themselves a bit.

We gave them food and lots of water and I sat down next to Sonja and taking her hands in my hands and whispered into her ear " I missed you so much beautiful and I'm glad you're back with me and finally save."

She gave me a small smile and squeezed my hand. " there's something I need to tell you after I'm done getting fresh" she told me and stood up to get herself clean again.

So I waited outside. I waited for a few minutes and then she came. She threw herself into my arms and I catches her. And then she did something I hoped that it would happen but didn't believe that it was actually true.

She kissed me passionately with a little bit of fear. I kissed her back just as passionate and wrapped my arms around her waist. After a few second I pulled away to get some air again.

Grinning I pulled her closer and told her "  it wasn't bearable for me to not hug you anymore. And I couldn't forgive myself if you would've died and i didn't tell you how I felt. So I'm going to say it now. I love with all of my heart Sonja"

She smiled widely and replied " I love you too and I have done so for a while now". We smiled at each other and kissed again. Gosh do I love that girl, I thought to myself.

And now that I have her I will never ever let her go.
