Newt: he likes your hair straight so he can play with it at night or just tug a strand out of your face when you're working or just to his benefit.

Thomas: he likes your hair when it is in a messy bun because he thinks it suits you perfectly and he can see your face without it getting covered.

Minho: he likes your hair curly because he thinks it looks just fine on you and he can curl your hair with his fingers and play with the curls

Gally: he likes your hair when it is in a pony tail because so your hair wouldn't be in the way when you are working with him and he can see your beautiful face
