Chapter 3: Together

I looked at his blushing face as I smiled. Damn he was so adorable, I really wanted to hug him and hold him close, and that's exactly what I did. I quickly hugged him, wrapping my arms around him. Hiccup was confused for a millisecond before he threw his arms around me and hugged me tightly. His scent was so sweet to smell, his arms were so warm, his hair was so soft. I didn't want to let go. I could tell he didn't either. After a couple minutes of complete silence during the hug, I broke the hug. I sighed with happiness, so did hiccup. Hiccup said "It's kinda nice to feel your arms around me again." And he nervously scratched the back of his head, being his awkward self. I looked at him and then the bed, then back at him. "We could cuddle for a while, I mean, since you enjoy being in my arms." I said. He blushed and looked at me with a cute little smile on his face "Yes, but first, you owe me." He said as he tapped his finger on his cheek. I knew what that meant, a kiss on the cheek as part of the apology. I leaned down to kiss his cheek but at the very last second he turned his head and kissed my lips, I almost pulled back. But I didn't. His lips were so soft. This isn't the first time we kissed, just felt like it was. And I enjoyed it, a lot.
