I didn't know how long we lay there, stroking each other lazily as if we had all the time in the world.
My head rested on those chest, hardened my muscles but warm to me. His fingers drew circles on my shoulder.
"You should be asleep by now" I shifted next to him, "you made me so tired"
A chuckle that caused his chest to rumble. "Said by the person that kept asking for more"
It was true, for perhaps spending four thousand years without ever thinking of sexual pleasures. Yesterday, I let everything lose, that accumulated desire that shredded like water that broke a dam. I was glad that Percy had that stamina to keep up all night; and all night indeed. I lost track of how many times he had done it, the amount of time he hardened against me and how much of the fluid had left my body. My body felt sore all over, especially for the part down there that now affected my legs. I just lost all feelings from the waist downward.
"You went on me like a beast" I slapped his chest playfully. "How am I supposed to stop that?"
"It's your fault to have such a delicious body" he licked his lips.
I knew what he wanted next.
"Perseus, I'm tired" I leaned up and kissed his chin. "Can we have a break please?"
"Can I at least have some deserts?" He grinned, kissing my forehead.
"No" I stiffed a laugh, sliding my blood-covered hand across his sculpted chest. Blood—right.
We were both covered in it. So was the bed that Percy summoned because my back just hurt so much with all the pounding and thrusting from him.
Perseus followed my eyes and a grin that was positively wicked came from him. "How inconvenient it is not to have a bathtub here"
Heat rushed up my face as I glanced away from his chest. I knew what he wanted the moment we got into that bathtub together. I could imagine the amount of water that would splatter across the floor and get wasted due to our movement there. The thought made my eyes to scan my surroundings.
It was early morning, since only a faint ray of blue light escaped through that hole on the carven, illuminating our skins. I could not see much around me, for the cave was too dark—and cold. Yet, that warmth where our bodies laid still linger. The heat from last night was still drifting there.
I stuffed a laugh, earning a peculiar look from Percy. He kept on that look, asking for an answer.
"I actually had visions of our first night together" I told him. "But all of those always occurred in a nice, comfy and luxurious room. With bed and candles and roses. But I guess I couldn't hold myself to wait for that"
"You wanted something that simple?" Perseus said, rising his brows.
"Well—" I glanced into the darkness afar, the darkness that surrounded us. "I expected my first night would be more cozy and warm. And at least brighter"
Percy chuckled and flicked his finger. A tang of magic assaulted me, that immense power surged out from him and swallowed the cave. I could feel the very rocks rumbled to resist him, but Perseus was too powerful.
The first appeared in that darkness was a flicker of flame. Then another; and another; and another. White candles lined across the walls and floors, lighting and warming up the cold, dark cave. The floor was somehow swept cleaned; for the dead leaves and moss and blood has vanished. The ground beneath us rumbled; and a crater somehow appeared at the corner of the cave across from us. It got wider, and deeper and louder as it went. Then that sound of rock cracking disappeared, replaced by a hissing of steam. A fissure exploded out from the centre of the crater, which was now deep to my waist. Water surged out from it, as it sprayed to the ceiling like a fountain. The mist reflected that light from the candles, creating an arch of rainbow that illustrated on the walls of the cave. Cracks and more fissures appeared, as vines and leaves crawled out from the cracks. Then those vines grew bigger, as if they have been cursed with aging. Flowers burst out from those branches, and they blossom in such a spectacular way that my eyes shine in marvel. In second, like what I have dreamed, only to be more beautiful and romantic, the cave was filled with all kind of flowers. There were roses and nightingales; of lilacs and lily; of jasmine and blue bells that lined the walls.
